Qingdao May Fourth Square Olympic Sailing Center Hampton by Hilton Hotel

Everything else was fine, the service was warm and the food, while a bit repetitive, was acceptable. However, the hygiene is a big question mark. The bed sheets weren't changed daily, and the image below makes me wonder if it's due to dust mites 🤔

The hotel lobby has a clean and minimalist style, giving off a relaxed vacation vibe. There's plenty of seating in the lounge area, providing ample space for guests to rest while waiting. The front desk staff are polite, attentive, and always ready to help, and check-in was very quick. I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I come back to Qingdao! 😊

Clean and hygienic. The service was alright. The facilities are quite new. There's no particular view to speak of. Convenient transportation, close to attractions, and plenty of dining options. The room is a bit small. Given it's peak season, the value for money is just average.

Overall, it felt pretty good. The location is convenient, with access to both buses and subways. However, the bed sheets and duvet covers in the room left a lot to be desired.

Location & Transportation: I thought it was near May Fourth Square based on the title, but it actually took half an hour to walk there. There aren't many amenities nearby; there's a school across the street, and you have to walk a bit to reach a bustling area for food. Service: The price was quite high, but there wasn't even a doorman at the entrance. Parking: There aren't many parking spaces outside. If you have to park in the underground garage, it's very complicated. You need an elevator to take the car down, which was frustrating when there was no one around to help. Room View: From the higher floors, you can see red roofs, but the view is just average. Restaurant: The only thing I found good was the breakfast. There was a good variety, but the space was small and a bit cramped. Room Facilities: Simple and convenient to use, and the hygiene was decent, but it still felt a bit like a budget hotel. Value for Money: Personally, I found it average; staying for three nights, the price was quite high. Qingdao Beer Museum Double Ticket (Hall A + Hall B) Adult Ticket - Entry 11:30-14:00: Pay close attention to the specific entry time, it made me go back twice. Also, it's only one ticket, so I had to buy another one myself.

Had a fantastic trip! The hotel really made me feel at home. The environment, facilities, and service were all absolutely excellent 👍. The front desk lady was super friendly, thoughtful, and attentive. Oh, and the local restaurant she recommended, Qingdao Xiaoguan, which is to the right when you exit the hotel, was great! The food and prices were both very satisfying.

The hotel is conveniently located and I had a great stay. I really like this hotel. Qingdao's scenery is also beautiful. I'll definitely stay at Hampton by Hilton again next time I visit.

This time, I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton with my child. The bedding was very comfortable, the room was great, and the restaurant food was quite good. I'll definitely choose Hampton by Hilton again next time I'm in Qingdao. Highly recommend it!
