The room is a bit small and the location is a bit far from the subway station. It’s just nice to see the sea. The price is on the upper-middle level, and the sound insulation effect is not very good. You can hear the sounds of children playing games next door and people talking on the boardwalk downstairs. Overall, the price/performance ratio is not high.

The room and view were simply beautiful! The boss is also very kind and enthusiastic, and he has a little cat. The location is particularly close to Mai Island and Yan'er Island. 完全醒不來，不知道是不是附近超市吃了買的超級有西紅柿味兒的小西紅柿。 老闆“看你對我們這裏很滿意，我們送一份早餐”也太會做生意了。 整個裝修中古，還是叫做中西結和的西洋。 洗手枱的設計簡潔大方，衞生間淋浴流水很有沖擊力。外面小方桌古色古香的木頭紋理，質樸的奢華吧。衣櫃的花紋有些日式，衣架子配置的木頭帶夾子的，洗髮水護髮素味兒很好聞。 臨走不僅沒有付費掉了的門卡，居然還送了臨時幹海鮮，以及橙汁，性格好，對我這個一來就説有味兒的客人輕鬆拿捏，這裏下雨比較潮濕，建議不開空調。 很意外的居然又🈶醒不來，不想起的感覺了！！！

特別乾淨！本來訂民宿還有點擔心衞生會不會不太行，進房間一整個驚喜！景色就不説多驚艷了，哪怕是下雨天，也不影響入住的好心情。服務特別好，房間衞生環境都很贊！唯一的缺點就是早上被外面的客房打掃吵醒了，聽了一整晚的海，雖然很浪漫，但有點沒睡好

房間真的很好很乾凈，環境無敵，離海十米之遙，開窗就能聽見海浪聲，但是關上窗就很安靜，隔音很好。時不時還有海鷗在海面飛過，想來看海的朋友可以選擇住在這裏，在房間裏不用出門，滿眼都是海，周邊環境也很好，樓前有長長的沿海木棧道，拍照很上鏡，晚上還可以看到滿月真的太美了。旁邊除了小麥島公園還有海之戀公園，還有一個網紅山洞，都非常好，帶孩子也可以去極地海洋世界玩，還有就是住這裏服務人員會幫你做攻略，介紹的很清楚，很有耐心，有問必答，真的很好，入住退房他們會幫忙拿行李，在這裏坐公交或打車都很方便，去哪也方便，推薦給要來青島的小夥伴，下次還會選擇入住的！
