Atour Hotel (Qingdao May Fourth Square Yunxiao Road)

When I first checked in, I noticed that there were small spots on the sheets. I quickly called the front desk and thought they had not been cleaned. The staff explained that it was a four-piece set made of bare cotton. The black ones were cotton seeds, not stains. After searching online, it seemed that this was indeed the case. I also learned that Atour's bedding products are all natural* and not bleached. After sleeping for two nights, they felt really soft and comfortable, which was within the acceptable range. The breakfast is quite satisfactory, but the variety is rich and the taste is more in line with the public's taste. There is a noodle cooking lady who is very enthusiastic. She will help deliver the noodles to the table after cooking. She also recommends the leek box that she makes freshly every day. A friend ate one and said it was the best. It was pretty good, but I don’t eat leeks, so I didn’t eat it, but this proactive introduction can be considered a bonus! The breakfast here really tastes like home. The all-you-can-eat Qingdao prawns are rare in other places. Apart from the general facilities, the hotel is pretty good. The hotel is equipped with a laundry room where the washed clothes can also be dried. Everyone wants to do laundry haha, but I feel sorry for the service staff and the washing machine! After all, it’s the peak season. We want to wash our clothes when we come back from the beach, and the hotel staff will wash and dry our clothes, so this is very convenient! It’s a service that other hotels basically don’t have! The lady at the front desk gave me two bottles of water to drink on the way after check-out, which was quite considerate! The surrounding environment is not that of a luxury hotel, but it can fully meet the basic needs of holiday travel. I will stay at Atour next time I come to Qingdao.

The superior king bed room has a wall of the residential building next door outside the window. The sound insulation is very poor. You can clearly hear the voices in the corridor outside. See picture ② for the hygienic condition. This is only visible to the naked eye. I don’t dare to think about other invisible places. This Atour hotel is the worst of all the cities I have stayed in. The front desk manager has a bad attitude and seems indifferent. Maybe it is a tourist-oriented city hotel that is not worried about selling, so I do not recommend it.

The sound insulation of the room is poor, the attitude of the front desk is even worse, and there is no professionalism at all.

During May 1st, the housing supply was tight, and the staff carefully and enthusiastically helped us coordinate the room type. Free drinks and snacks are available when you enter the door. The room is clean and hygienic. There is a parking lot in an independent small courtyard. The food street behind is very convenient for eating. It is very convenient to leave the store There was also a small gift bag of snacks~

I like Atour very much! The service attitude of the ladies and brothers at the front desk is very good and kind! The room was very clean! All facilities are complete! It is very close to the attractions we are going to, and the transportation is relatively convenient! If I have a chance to come to Qingdao next time, I will stay at your home again!

There are many places to eat. The hotel is in a courtyard with convenient parking. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the room is clean and hygienic, the layout is reasonable, and the facilities are perfect. The hotel's breakfast is rich in variety, with local characteristics, and the choice of ingredients is relatively high-end. The aunt who cooks wontons is very enthusiastic. Next time I will choose Atour.
