Huiquan Dynasty Hotel

Extended my stay, and a big thanks to the lovely lady, employee number 3065, for helping me switch rooms. The previous room was right next to the elevator shaft and incredibly noisy. She had a concierge show us two rooms, and once we found one we liked, she handled the check-in immediately, which saved us a lot of time! The hotel's revolving restaurant upstairs is a classic feature of these 'old-school' style hotels. We had to queue for breakfast during Chinese New Year because it was so busy, but they also offered breakfast at the Qingdao restaurant on the first floor, which was well-organized. Food replenishment speed was average, and the food itself was decent, nothing special, but it lacked local Qingdao dishes. This hotel must have been a top-tier establishment back in the day; the location is excellent, and the cleaning was also good. Had a pleasant 6-day stay overall.
