酒店前台辦理入住效率尚可，酒店裝修陳舊，牆上有裂痕，衞生間非常小，隔音效果尚可，中央空調，效果很好。

地理位置比較方便，離五四廣場也近，旁邊就是地鐵2號線，但酒店比較舊，房間黴味比較大，早餐也一般般，總之性價比一般。希望能持續改善。

一出地鐵浮山站，就是酒店，地理位置特別好，樓下有快客便利店，還有蘭州拉麪，小籠包，都好吃，對面有麥當勞，肯德基，家樂福，銀座，門口就是公交車站，服務人員很熱情，一進酒店，電梯，樓層，就能感覺到裝修的陳舊，感覺是九十年代的風格，一股味兒，不曉得為什麼每次攜程一搜尋五四廣場附近的酒店，自動把這家酒店列在前面，訂的特價廊窗，到了後工作人員建議先看房間，很小，很吵，和圖片不符合，孩子不肯住，現場加了150一晚，換臨街帶窗的親子房，招商銀行對面，帶沙發，房間夠大，衞生間很大，排氣扇不好用，總感覺有煙味

有些破舊，從大堂開始一股味道，每個樓層的走道也是。房間裏設施傢俱牆紙都有很強的歲月的痕跡。。。最糟糕的是相當的不隔音，整晚都很吵很吵。離地鐵很近，去五四廣場奧帆中心都很方便。陽光百貨和銀座就在旁邊，購物吃飯很方便。應該是因為比較老舊的緣故，價格比周邊有優勢。

帶着孩子去青島玩幾天，選擇住這家酒店，酒店位置非常方便，距離地鐵2號線浮山所站，出站後僅50米，非常方便。距離五四廣場步行10多分鐘，距離萬象城步行15分鐘。前台服務周到，因為訂的是無窗的房間，第一天到達的時，先讓我們看了一下房間。房間帶早餐價格不到300，房間是中央空調。性價比也挺高，早餐有熱菜和涼菜一起有個5-6個，感覺還行，畢竟房價不高。酒店2樓就是他家的餐廳，中午晚上也對外營業，吃飯也比較方便。總體滿意！
