Looking at the convenient location and slightly cheaper price compared to its surroundings, I booked this hotel, and the result was extremely disappointing. Upon entering the room, there was an unknown odor, many small flying insects, dust and hair visible everywhere, and even cockroaches… This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, without exception. The room was advertised as an e-sports room, but neither of the two computers could power on, and the cases and cables were covered in dust, making it seem like no one had used them for a year or two… The sound insulation in the room was also very poor; I could clearly hear conversations outside. The room's door also faced the back entrance of a restaurant, making it even noisier. This place has nothing going for it except a decent location…

Only the good location; the rest didn’t satisfy as bed and floor are dirty with dust including strong smell in the toilet while the toilet and shower room are super small even we are girls , can’t imagine if the men can get into the toilet

The location is central, but there’s a lot of noise at night and on Sunday mornings around 7am due to gardening activities. I paid extra for a room with a window, but it ended up facing a storage room. The room also smelled of smoke. I wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

The service was excellent, and the room was very clean. Amenities were replenished quickly. The location is great, right next to May Fourth Square, easy to find, and very convenient for transport.

The hotel bathroom was pretty bad, honestly. The showerhead sprayed water everywhere, and the water pressure was incredibly low. The air conditioning wasn't working either; I was practically melting from the heat. Trip.com said members could get a free upgrade, but that didn't happen. I still ended up with a windowless room, which felt incredibly stuffy. The only good thing is the location; May Fourth Square is right nearby.
