Do not stay here, their building has an ac problem, especially during summer. As they said it to me “Due to the floor-to-ceiling Windows, the room temperature is too high as the sun shines on it for too long during the day.“ and the air conditioner couldn’t keep up with it. They also said “The room temperatures in the hotel are all about the same.”
The air conditioned room temperature is around 24c during the day and 23c during night. The coldest i have seen is 22.5c, with max blower and temperature set to 18c
If you complain, you will be offered FANS to cool you off or ice cube. I was offered other room, but they are saying all the rooms had the same problem.
I could not get any good rest while staying there

入住期間，Oliver 的服務更是讓我倍感温暖。抵達時他提前幫我安排好高樓層海景房，細緻講解客房設施和周邊遊玩路線；得知我想體驗本地海鮮，還貼心推薦了口碑好的餐廳並幫忙預約。日常有需求時，他總能快速響應，從幫忙熨燙衣物到準備睡前的飲品，每一個細節都考慮得周到又妥帖。

第一次來青島，為瑞吉點贊，369米的高空視野無敵。旁邊就是奧帆中心 ，歐式建築、絕美海景一次看個夠，躺在床上就能擁有絕美夜景。床品更是舒服，管家24小時在線服務，辦理入住時幫忙升級了，夜床服務的時候還貼心地準備了小點心。
58樓的秀餐廳，早餐豐富。
女兒和我最喜歡天際恆温泳池彷彿和大海連在一起，遊着泳就能欣賞海景，太愜意！ 以後來青島，還住青島瑞吉！

酒店位置很方便，出門過馬路就是沙灘！中午1點多到的，直接入住，不需要等待！美女管家Billie超級貼心，給申請了minibar的免費使用權，入住期間對我們的訴求迴應的也很及時，退房前還特意給小朋友準備了小禮物，娃很喜歡！特別值得一提的是，在平台定房時，第1、2天定的海景房，第3天沒有海景了，定的雲端，酒店前台小姐姐主動打電話給升級了海景，可以原房續住，避免了中間換房搬行李，這個必須加分！

到酒店門口就有服務人員幫忙開車門，拿行李箱。去房間有工作人員全程陪同，介紹房間設施。還貼心幫忙準備了小童洗漱用品和一次性泡澡袋。凌晨身體不適，呼叫了管家Oliver Cao ，非常及時的給予幫助。非常感謝。酒店的地理位置和風景一流👍

這次來青島，同時入住了瑞吉和釣魚台，一起點評了。
1.房間：瑞吉房間雖然不大，但相較於釣魚台空間佈局更合理，住起來更舒適，尤其是窗外風景，白天看海，晚上看夜景，更是一絕，衞生方面瑞吉也更好。
2、地理位置：瑞吉緊鄰海邊，去周邊景點（三浴、八大關、奧帆中心）步行可達，位置更好；釣魚台離海大約有10多分鐘步行距離，位置要偏一些，但周邊吃飯選擇更多，如果要購買當地特產，酒店旁金鼎廣場負一樓有超市，購物很方便。
3、早餐：瑞吉早餐更豐富，品質更好，糖果和冰激凌深受小朋友歡迎，煙燻三文魚、藍莓等受歡迎的食物缺了也會及時補充；釣魚台去晚了有些品種就沒有了。
4、服務：瑞吉服務更好，主動服務意識很強，響應速度也快。釣魚台雖然也積極解決問題，但主動性不強。
兩家酒店價格相差幾百，如果不是特別在意價格，瑞吉入住體驗感會更好。
