Honestly, it doesn't matter much to me! I usually stay at their All Seasons Crystal or Orange hotels, and the comfort is generally similar. As soon as I walked into the room, I noticed that the window faced a construction site! I had planned to take a nap since I wasn't busy, but the noise due to your poor soundproofing completely woke me up! I had no idea how I was supposed to get back to sleep. The noise genuinely startled me. Who's to blame for this bad experience?! I don't care about the questions. The breakfast selection was not only very limited, but they were also slow to replenish items! The tea eggs even smelled bad! It's even worse than Hanting. Right now, I'm sleep-deprived and didn't get to eat breakfast! This definitely warrants a bad review! I hope you're prepared for it!

Environment: The environment was great, exceeding my expectations a bit. Service: The service was also excellent. The cleaning lady even gave me two small drinks, and they followed up after my stay to ask how everything was. As a solo traveler, this hotel was pretty good. If you're looking for a central location, it's a little further from the city center. Qingdao is beautiful, and I might consider this hotel again for my next visit.

This is a pretty good hotel. The location is quite convenient, and parking is relatively easy. There's a small shopping center nearby with a play area for kids, and it's generally quiet. The downsides are that the facilities are a bit old, and the furniture is a bit dated. Also, the air conditioning only goes up to 25 degrees Celsius, which made it a bit cold for the kids at night.

It's alright, and they're quick to address any issues.

Inspired by the 'Himalayas,' the hotel perfectly blends modern art with natural elements. The lobby has incredibly high ceilings, exuding a sense of Zen and modernity. The art installations everywhere make it feel like walking into an art museum, perfect for taking photos. The service was absolutely flawless. Check-in at the front desk was super efficient, and these small details made me feel so welcome. Every staff member had a genuine smile, and they were very patient when I asked for travel advice. The room's comfort significantly boosted my sleep quality. Our room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and the soundproofing was excellent. What surprised me most was the cleanliness; not a speck of dust could be found under the bed or in the corners of the bathroom, making my stay feel incredibly reassuring. The blackout curtains were fantastic, allowing me to get a rare good night's sleep during my travels. The location is also superb. It's very close to Laoshan Scenic Area and the subway station, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel itself has a 'hidden gem' tranquility. Breakfast also deserves praise. The variety was extensive, featuring not only authentic Qingdao seafood stir-fries but also freshly cooked wontons and noodles, satisfying my palate. Overall, the Qingdao Zendai Himalaya Hotel offers both the high-end hardware quality of a luxury hotel and the warm, personalized touch of a guesthouse. If you're coming to Qingdao, whether for business or a family trip, choosing this place is a guaranteed win. Next time I'm in Qingdao, I won't hesitate to stay here again!

The room is very nice. When i checked in, Andrew upgraded my room to suite, and provided beverages and lots of fruits.That is a tremendous trip for me. If i come to Qingdao next time, i will choose this hotel again.

Lovely stay—clean, elegant rooms and attentive staff. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The location was perfect: quiet yet central. I especially enjoyed the spa—serene and spotless.

Second time at this hotel. Was a great experience and when we had issues the hotel helped us out really quickly! Only request will be to have movies in English too. My daughter wanted to watch a movie, but she could not understand. Breakfast was okay and we wish there were more options. Overall the experience was positive and we will stay here again.
