The hotel had a very pleasant environment. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and our room was quite spacious with a small balcony. The service was excellent; knowing we wouldn't be able to eat until 2 PM due to our afternoon high-speed train, the staff thoughtfully packed us a generous amount of food. You can even see the Kṣitigarbha Bodhisattva statue right from the hotel's entrance. The lotus pond outside the restaurant was also incredibly beautiful.

This was my first stay at an Atour Hotel. The front desk check-in process was very efficient, and the staff proactively offered excellent suggestions for local attractions and transportation, which was incredibly helpful for planning my outings. Much appreciated!
I do have one small suggestion: It would be great if the room's entrance door could be adjusted. It tends to make quite a bit of noise when opened or closed, which can be disruptive and affect one's rest.

The room was clean and newly renovated. The lady boss was also very welcoming and gave us a fruit snack. The boss drove to pick us up after we left the parking lot. He had turned on the air conditioning and floor heating in the room for us in advance, so it was very warm when we entered the room. I experienced the joy of the north in winter. When we arrived, everyone was hungry, so the proprietress helped prepare a few dishes. The chicken soup was delicious and we all drank several bowls. 😂😂

AAnonymous UserThe B&B is clean and tidy, with fully automated indoor facilities. You can turn on the lights and close the curtains just by lying on the bed. The environment is exquisitely and elegantly arranged, with a few fish swimming leisurely in the pond in front of the door, and the small courtyard is cozy and comfortable. The boss was very warm-hearted. He drove me to the tour bus connection point and introduced me to the itinerary in detail. It was a very satisfying stay.
GGuest UserThe misty rain was on Jiuhua Mountain, the air was humid and cold, but I couldn't feel it at all when I entered the house. The reception girl and the aunt were very warm. They warmly opened the floor heating in the room in advance. The room was warm and comfortable. The quilt was dry and tidy and smelled very clean. Because I took the elderly, I lived for two days, most of the time I ate in the store. The kitchen was very clean and tasted good. It was no different from the outside restaurant. I also warmly helped us leave the chicken soup that was not finished to the evening. I used to come to Jiuhuashan every year, this time I lived the most comfortable time. I should still choose here next time, I hope to keep it in shape, and I have been so good [rose]
GGuest UserThe location of the B&B is very good. It is very convenient to go to several representative temples. There is a large parking lot at the door. The towels and bath towels used in the room are disposable. I am very satisfied! The booked room has a view of the rooftop and Baisui Palace, but friends who are concerned about the slope on the top floor can book other room types!
WWazipolesangedongAfter reading the reviews, I heard that the couple provided excellent service. With the mentality of giving it a try, the boss came to pick me up at the ticket gate when I arrived. Helped with luggage and was very polite. The lady boss is even better, gentle and considerate. Answered all questions and upgraded our room. Stayed for two nights, the boss lady was really considerate! recommend! recommend! Jiuhua Street is right at the door. Very convenient.
GGuest UserThis hotel really exceeded expectations! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept until dawn. The location is convenient, and it is convenient to eat and shop around. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the surrounding attractions are also intimately recommended. The price is super high. I will choose here next time!
WWuyuejinshanrenI recently stayed at the Jiuhua Yuanhang Resort for two days, and overall, it was a pretty satisfying experience.
Firstly, the hotel boasts an excellent location. The nearby Dayuan Cultural Park is just a 10-minute walk away, and the Jiuhuashan Tourist Center is a little over a kilometer. What truly impressed me, and what I loved most about the hotel, was the incredibly beautiful lake right behind it. Absolutely stunning! 👍👍👍
Secondly, the rooms are very spacious, and the facilities are quite good. They offer both a shower and a bathtub, which was perfect for a relaxing soak after hiking. The cleanliness was also commendable.
Lastly, the front desk service was excellent; they even helped us with our luggage and escorted us all the way to the elevator.
As for breakfast, it was decent with a good variety of options. However, on our second morning, we encountered a rather upsetting incident. Around 8:40 AM, while several guests (including us) were still having breakfast, a staff member surprisingly started sweeping and mopping the floor (and I must stress, they weren't just clearing tables). This was truly inappropriate. After I promptly brought it to their attention, the hotel staff repeatedly apologized. Despite the apology, I sincerely hope the hotel will enhance its staff training in the future. This incident is why I've deducted 0.5 points from the overall service rating.
GGuest UserThe room is on the mountain, very close to the nearby Huxingshan parking lot. There is a platform in front of the room, facing the Baisui Palace, and you can see the lights of the Wanfo Pagoda opposite at night. Overlooking Jiuhua Old Street and Huacheng Temple. The core scenic area of the entire Jiuhua Mountain is in full view. Going down the steps leads directly to Jiuhua Old Street, where there are many delicious foods.
The room is very clean and the decoration is very stylish. It is considered to be in relatively good condition in folk customs.
JJamesThe hotel is in the style of an old state-owned enterprise. The facilities are too old and seem to have not been renovated. The rooms are small and damaged everywhere. Its location is the best, just within 100 meters after entering the toll gate.
The service in the front desk lobby is relatively good, and they are caring.
The mix of guests is also a problem. You can hear loud noises at four o'clock in the morning, and at six o'clock in the morning, the old men and women ”wake up” everyone like the crowing of the 🐓 in the morning. The breakfast is average.
By the way, I have to remind you that starting this year, Jiuhua Mountain does not allow self-driving to the mountain during the day (it is allowed after 5 pm, but it is also subject to the daily control notice). Guests need to pick up their own luggage and take the shuttle bus at 50 yuan per person to check in after going up the mountain, which is not very convenient.
GGuest UserThe room is very clean. I live in Building 1. There are listening decorations on the first floor. I feel very safe when I see the puppy god! We entered the mountain at 4 o'clock in the morning and called the front desk. We were already asleep, so they naturally called a sightseeing bus to take us to the front desk. Thank you very much! There were not many people on Monday and they upgraded our room for us! Thanks again! Really good, very cost-effective! Sleeping very comfortably!
