客房衞生環境欠乾淨，周邊環境吵鬧。
原來預訂了2天，分開預訂。但次日老闆打電話，説房價漲了，漲了40元，從攜程拿不到錢，我要麼退訂單要麼補錢，而且一再催促要退單儘快，否則過了時段沒法網上操作，我人在外旅遊要晚上才回，而且行李還在客房，沒辦法衹有退了訂單。真是奇葩，酒店與平台的問題居然要客户買單，犧牲客户利益。酒店與平台的問題是酒店與平台自行溝通解決，為什麼要改變規則讓客户承擔後果？客户下單酒店已確認可視為雙方在攜程平台已達成契約，具有約束並要求雙方執行的效應，一方違約，必須承擔違約帶來的後果，而且遵守契約是比酒店性價比更重要的因素，涉及到誠信。也許在慶元福旺賓館一方看來，認為幾十元換一個差評是值得的。
