However, at night, the reflection from the private tub attracts mosquitoes, so you'll be soaking with them. The swimming pool on the 4th floor has a great design that blends in with the distant mountains; it's atmospheric on cloudy days and scenic on sunny ones. There's also a gym and a rooftop. Detached villas are available, perfect for multi-generational family holidays. Cleanliness: The bathroom drainage is quite poor. After a shower of less than 10 minutes, you'll be standing in water, which needs improvement. Environment: Superb. Service: Superb. Minibar: Well-stocked with drinks, crisps, and a wide selection of teas. Yunqi Double Afternoon Tea: One cheesecake, one bowl of red bean soup, and one bowl of watermelon. The portions are small but exquisite, not those unpalatable, pretentious cakes. T3 Organic Tea Garden Scenic Area Ticket: Pretty good. The tea garden is accessible on your own, and you can see the karst peaks.

Absolutely loved this bamboo forest courtyard! It's an immersive experience, nestled within acres of bamboo. The rainy day ambiance was simply divine. As soon as I stepped into the courtyard, I was enveloped by lush greenery. The drizzle pattered on the bamboo, the leaves rustled, and the air was filled with the fresh, damp scent of vegetation – so peaceful and therapeutic. The glamping tent accommodation had a wild luxury feel, and the private courtyard offered complete privacy. Inside, it was clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding. Hiding in the tent on a rainy day, listening to the white noise of rain on bamboo leaves, created a truly wonderful atmosphere. The environment is tranquil and elegant, far from the city's hustle and bustle. The owner provided thoughtful and attentive service, making the entire stay from check-in to check-out completely comfortable. The bamboo forest on a rainy day had a unique charm, misty and ethereal, with swaying bamboo shadows. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind, whether you're seeking solitude or a gathering with friends. It's already on my list for a second visit, highly recommended!

Friends kept recommending this as the best family-friendly hotel. The hotel environment is undeniably great, with lush greenery and a comfortable atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are huge. I really liked the hot spring area; it has many small pools, so you can have one all to yourself when it's not crowded. The hotel's breakfast buffet is very rich and varied. The kids' play area is decent, but the ball pit room was smaller than I expected. The staff were all very helpful and polite, always greeting you when you passed by. However, the room had a very strong musty smell that was quite unpleasant each time I entered and exited. Also, upon arrival in the afternoon, the room was in direct sunlight, and I almost got heatstroke because the AC wasn't on. Despite multiple prior communications and requests for a bed rail and kids' amenities, none were in the room, and I had to re-communicate everything. In this regard, it really didn't compare to the Sanyuandao hotel next door, where the AC was already on, and the bed rail and bed were prepared according to my notes before my arrival. One night, there was a power outage, and the TV rebooted twice at 2 AM. It was quite startling. Then, someone might have accidentally pressed the doorbell. I really didn't get any sleep that night. On the positive side, the butler responded promptly and offered us a late check-out so we could rest properly. Overall, my expectations might have been too high.

This hotel has a Middle Eastern vibe, and the greeters at the entrance are so realistic, you'd think you actually arrived in the Middle East from the pictures. It's a high-value five-star hotel, and Manager ”Little Apple” provided excellent service. Highly recommend!

Glamping in China I loved the business project in whole, it’s brilliant, location, gorgeous view of sugarloaf mountains, air quality, forest and wildlife + real tea plantations and the general idea of connecting the ancient tradition of tea making and enjoying with the family outdoors and holiday activities. But. When it comes to the reality and routine you face the challenges and imperfections. First, I booked the tent with the request to accommodate my family far from other visitors and traffic. Unfortunately, we were given a tent that literally was situated at the main road with doors opened to the public route, while all other tents oriented towards the tea plantation. We were disappointed, because at another tent we were asked to add 100 yuan more, since it was equipped with a bathroom. More than that, it was booked too, so instead of nice stay 3 days/nights at one place, we had to move out next noon, wait for the check -in at around 13 pm and settle again at another tent. I deeply appreciate the efforts the manager made to please us. But I wish we could skip all that unnecessary waste of time, not mentioning packing luggage of 4 people for 2-3 times. Next complication is about Chinese culture being close to each other- tents are located side by side, 8 tents all reserved, lots of kids, all noisy, all moving at the same spot+ other visitors freely enter the area and it adds to the crowds. So we had a complete silence only after 11 pm and from the early morning it was already packed with new travelers. The heaters are great, yet also noisy, the bathroom is beautiful and modern, even with dyson alike hair dryer, but users don’t care about others, don’t close the shower cabin while washing, so the entire room becomes a marsh. We enjoyed our breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner at the hotel restaurant , the food and service was outstanding ! There’s great quality bedding , linen is awesome, mattresses and pillows are fantastic . All amenities are of a premium quality, just like at the 5 * hotel. Electric car shuttles are helpful and always there for you. But the best part of the place is its tea, black tea, it’s a splendor ! We drank it for 3 days and it’s never enough , so good. Make sure you buy some to get home. Local ice cream with the milk tea flavor is one of a kind!

During a recent stay with my family at a hotel that had its share of both merits and drawbacks, we found several aspects worthy of note. The location proved to be quite convenient, situated 15 minutes by car from the nearest train station, 清遠站, and with a variety of popular restaurants and supermarkets merely 10 minutes away. Additionally, it takes around 30 minutes to reach 劍潭站 and 古龍峽, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The ease of hailing taxis and the availability of food delivery further enhance the overall convenience of this establishment. The cost of accommodation is particularly appealing, priced at around HKD 170 per room per night for three guests, which is quite economical in the current market. The room itself was neat, tidy, and clean, though I did notice some dirt along the edges of the floor. It would also be wise for guests to bring their own towels, as the amenities provided are basic and do not include a refrigerator, limiting options for storing beverages. For members of the hotel, a complimentary breakfast is offered for one person; however, it is advisable to manage expectations, as the breakfast selection is rather simple. On a positive note, the hotel staff were generally friendly and accommodating, displaying a willingness to meet various requests, such as providing extra bottles of water and additional duvets—services that are not commonly found in more budget-oriented establishments. In conclusion, while the hotel has its drawbacks, particularly regarding room amenities and breakfast options, its strategic location, affordability, and the helpfulness of the staff make it a reasonable choice for families seeking a convenient stay.

This trip was absolutely fantastic! It was my birthday, and my butler Rui Rui (锐锐) upgraded us to a family room and even decorated it in advance, creating a lovely birthday atmosphere. That evening, she even conspired with my husband to surprise me by secretly placing a birthday cake in the room – I was truly touched! The staff at the hot spring area were also incredibly friendly. They quietly upgraded me to the VIP changing area and proactively told me there were cookies and juice in the upstairs lounge. The experience was truly excellent! We had so much fun this time. The hot springs and water park were amazing, but the temple fair food was also very unique! There were so many stalls with all sorts of delicious food, and you could play various games. The lady at the ring toss game was so encouraging and praised my little one's clumsy ring-tossing skills, which made my child incredibly happy! Oh, and the hotel's service was genuinely outstanding. I also want to thank the lady at the front desk. My husband twisted his ankle before we left, and the front desk staff lent him some medicated oil. When I went down late at night to store something, I saw another parent urgently telling the front desk their baby wasn't feeling well, and the front desk quickly provided a first-aid kit. The service was genuinely excellent! All in all, this was a very happy experience. We played well, ate well, and if we get the chance, we'll definitely go again. Thank you to Butler Rui Rui, the front desk ladies, the hot spring front desk ladies, the gentlemen and ladies at the temple fair area, and all the gentlemen and ladies who tirelessly welcomed guests under the sun!

I'm 99.99% satisfied with this guesthouse; it's truly fantastic! The design is beautiful and photogenic, and its location nestled beside mountains and fields, surrounded by lush greenery, is incredibly soothing! My best friend and I went on a trip there and chose the sunrise mountain view twin room. The room was spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering direct views of the fields and mountains. That afternoon, we simply sat by the window and relaxed – it was so comfortable! City dwellers crave a relaxing weekend! This guesthouse was a huge success! I also want to commend Fang Jie for her excellent service. I curiously asked if they made lemon tea, and she, despite not having any herself, went out of her way to bring it back from town for me! She's incredibly accommodating!

This hotel boasts a great location right by the lake. As soon as you enter the lobby, you're greeted with stunning lake and mountain views. It's about a ten-minute walk to the Baojing Palace scenic area, which offers activities like exploring a grotto, via ferrata, a glass bridge, and boating. The hotel itself has several swimming pools – an infinity pool, a kids' splash pool, and a quiet pool for serious swimmers. There's also a private hot spring area and a Biliu Cave. You could easily spend three days here without even leaving the hotel, and you can rent an electric scooter to get around. My kids absolutely loved it. The room size and facilities were also good. On the downside, it was quite damp and stuffy, likely due to its location between the lake and the mountains. The cleaning staff even used a wet mop, leaving the floor very wet when we first entered. There was also standing water on the path to the pool that wasn't promptly cleaned, and an elderly person in our group fell and had to see a doctor when we got home. The service was also quite rough around the edges. Early in the morning, before we were even awake, a cleaning lady knocked on our door – not with the doorbell, but with her hand – insisting on asking when she could clean the room. After we complained, she didn't show up for the next two days. In summary, it's a hotel with a great location and good facilities, but the service quality is just average.

The facilities are modern, the environment is peaceful, and the soundproofing is excellent. The butler was very responsive and helpful, which I really appreciate. Parking is convenient, and the amenities are comprehensive. The water in the water park is very clean, and there are many facilities for children to enjoy. We will definitely come back again.
