Excellent location, big room, close to shopping , eating , entertainment places at night. 15 minutes drive to Qingyuan Train Station , 10 minutes to Guangzhou-Qingyuan intercity line .

近高鐵站8公里左右，四周環境好，市區內，樓下商場很多食肆及娛樂商店。房間衞生幹淨。入住手續快捷，服務員有禮。

位置很好，特別是對於本次出差的目的地而言。價格實惠，還送了簡單的早餐。其它方面都還算是中規中矩吧。總之，從性價比來説還是蠻不錯的。

民宿的通病，就是沒有正規酒店乾淨，由於周邊實在沒房了衹能選擇這裏，在定之前已經有心理準備，所以一切還算能接受。進門發現洗漱用品衹有一套，打電話反饋，阿姨倒是馬上拿過來了，但我跟阿姨説能不能多拿兩瓶礦泉水時，她很生硬的跟我説“沒有的 房間做不完 都不夠配了”然後就走了，態度屬實一般。另外房間的配套茶包是22年3月生產，上面滿是灰塵。

總體不錯，電視可以投屏看視頻，有陽台晾衣服，就是地板有點塵，不穿鞋腳底會臟。如果過夜停車在順盈比較貴，建議停遠點的地方。

房間窗外就是個宵夜檔，電梯門旁有道門是連着宵夜檔什麼人都能進來，房間門外放着很多裝修工具，酒店沒有停車位要去停收費停車場停一晚45元，房間內有小甲有蚊子陪伴，再也不會訂這個名字的公寓

周邊是順盈廣場的商圈。挺好的附近有飯店，有超市，有服裝店，距離河邊也安靜，所以由北江碼頭挺好的價格也不是很貴。

最糟糕的一次住宿，走廊部分外牆脱落在補牆，整條走廊都很臟。酒店裡麪的沙發不知道有煙灰還是頭皮屑之類的東西，洗澡間的推拉門是壞的，那個膠條一拉就脱落了，洗手間的風筒也是壞的。最最最噁心的是拆開一次性梳子，竟然是濕的，一次性牙刷那些毛也是歪的！還是帶着娃去入住，再也不會預訂，價格也很貴。
