酒店坐落在貝沙灣住宅區旁一條安靜的小路上，入住當天到得較早，前台小哥哥也貼心地給辦理了入住。而且在進房間前已經調好了空調的温度，在30度的天氣裏很是貼心。房間乾淨整潔，重點是非常安靜，完全沒有噪音幹擾。酒店有自己的餐廳，早餐選擇不多但管飽，中晚餐有稱重自助餐吃。美林湖像極了北美的社區，出門衹見來往的車輛極少見到行人，但是到了mall裏面，又是一番熱鬧的景象。非常適合從喧囂的城市裡過來放空一下。從酒店走出美林湖大道便有社區穿梭巴士和樓巴坐。過去摩天輪和水世界滴滴9塊左右。酒店前台，客房和餐廳服務極好，有求必應，點贊👍非常滿意的一次旅行。

服務員不是很多，她們説假期問題，客人太多了，要點物品都需要自行下樓到前台領取，房間沒什麼景觀可言，早餐真的是湊合著吃，種類和質量都沒有，湯麪的阿姨很幽默，性格直率，3分的服務是給她的。附近美林湖還是挺多遊樂設施的。

記得對美勝公寓已做了評價。三十夜，洗澡水不熱，當時已是很晚，第二日與前台説明，前台服務好無所為的樣子。總之用水是酒店的重中之重，這樣的設施是無法面對客户。另外我為朋友定了3日一間房，因為家中有事，提前與前台説明要提前退房，沒想到公寓前台滿口拒絕，後衹好與攜程溝通，得到了滿意的解決。這一小小問題使我深深的感覺攜程平台很敬業，時刻為客户着想，可公寓本身靠平台為你推廣服務，你自身不好，也不會留下客人！

節假日內訂的，房間寬敞舒適整潔！看湖景真的很棒！離摩天輪很近衹有1公里左右的樣子，開車5分鐘，很方便。

差評！！！昨天在附近玩了，就想着住一個有早餐的酒店，吃飽了再回家，結果，大晚上的十一點半，我都睡著了，前台瘋狂打電話（座機），跟我説明早早餐不開了，我還以為是什麼特殊情況，就是人不夠才不開吧！早餐單送不求別的，起碼能用個盤子裝好看點吧。
結果今早給我送來的早餐就是這個？？圖片放的那麼好，結果我來到就是吃盒飯，就這餐標還38一個人，我真的無語，真倒黴，來這個酒店，我要向我所有的朋友宣傳一下，絕對不要來這個酒店！！這個坑我踩了就算我倒黴，身邊多一個倒黴鬼我都不允許，差評！！！！！！！辣雞酒店，大晚上打電話擾人清夢！差評！早餐虛假宣傳，差評！
而且標間的沐浴露洗髮水都衹有一小瓶，我以前住的標間，都是雙份，，這裏衹有一份還小小的，什麼也不説了，懂得都懂，希望大家可以好好考慮一下，這價格還不如直接開車去市區住了
