Exceptional Staff: The service was impeccable. the front desk who welcomed me so warmly and gave me fantastic touring tips.
The villa was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable—like sleeping on a cloud—and the blackout curtains ensured a perfect night's sleep. The rainfall shower in the bathroom was the perfect way to start the day.finally I could see the stars from the balcony

Fantastic serene calm place to stay. Next to the major attraction or drifting and mountain hiking. Hotel has a great restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay and feel relaxed afterwards.

一點分都不想給！就沒住過這麼差的酒店，還不如那些快捷酒店！！給大家避雷！！不要看宣傳圖就被騙過來了！！
【停車場】酒店和漂流的景區共用一個停車場，剛到時都沒有地方停，等着玩漂流的散客車走了一部分才進去，衹能停草地裏！！我們兩個很重的箱子從草地一直拎過去，門僮就指引停車，啥也不管！
【門票權益】入住時被告知，所有贈送的門票活動權益都不能用了，因為過了3點半就沒法出票了，而且沒有任何補償替換措施，酒店回覆也很生硬，就説沒有任何辦法！！還説可以提供第二天12點以後的票，12點以後都要退房走人了！
【房屋設施】屋裡沒有電視機！沒有冰箱！！感覺就像住在毛坯房裡，木地板咯吱咯吱響，介紹裏還説有地暖，親測啥也沒有，地上衹有塵土和渣子！
【私湯泡池】泡池非常臟，提前放滿了一次水，水錶麪還浮着一層油裝的東西，還有一些像蜘蛛網一樣的東西，各種收拾才能泡，給了熱水卡，放在計費機上就自動扣錢，卡里有100元，放滿一次大概用掉50元，不知道花完了用不用自己補，反正很噁心沒有再泡！
【房屋環境】房屋裡各種蚊子，小蟲，剛一進屋就被蚊子咬了，前台居然沒有風油精之類，衹有老式蚊香差點嗆死！小院子裏也沒有燈，不是平路，是石塊鋪的，晚上出去非常容易崴腳😖！
【非常吵！！】特意備註了要安靜的房間，沒想到我們這個户型樓上還有一户，一棟別墅至少有兩户，另一户是高級户型，我們樓上是人家的房間或者陽台，我10點多睡下，樓上孩子一直在蹦跳、吵鬧，還有挪桌子的聲音，醒了無數次，給前台打電話説提示了，根本沒有效果，也沒有積極解決問題，你不問他他就不回覆，問就説已經提示了，最後到快夜裡1點才終於不鬧了，我才睡下！第二天退房時也沒有任何人表示歉意，早餐起的沒有吃，走了。

酒店床鋪整潔衛生，其中一張床床褥較硬，房間樓梯不太乾淨，但整體衛生尚算可以，獨立溫泉池不錯，但是限制池水的。很多蚊子，要用蚊香呀。
