The hotel was recently completely renovated and the facility was very clean and nice. it was very good location to look around the ancient town. Really enjoyed to stay there.

酒店位置便利，交通發達，離古城30米。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，熱水充足且，隔音好。洗衣房、停車場等配套齊全。工作人員熱情親切，辦理入住退房高效快捷，有問必答超貼心。不管是出差還是旅遊，都是高性價比之選，體驗感很好，以後出行還會選住！

攜程上看的房間圖片，特意定的商務大床，結果到了酒店給的房間很小間，和平台上顯示的完全不同，問了前台人員説是攜程平台衹能放一張照片，酒店衹有一間大房型，扯皮騙人，換了房間也還是小的，無語，多付了錢卻住了小房型；細節衞生也不行，杯子底部是臟的，有茶垢，毛巾也有毛髮和遺留臟污，根本不敢用；細節很不堪檢驗，房間衞生打掃也能感覺到很隨意，倒了垃圾，補了水，被子鋪好但底部是臟的😥如果不介意這些細節的人，唯一優點可能是淡季房價是便宜的。

帶着八十多老爸回煙台老家之後來到青州古城參觀一下，選擇了這家緊鄰着古城東門的如家酒店，前台服務人員和保潔人員包括餐廳工作人員都很熱情友善，感受到了如家人滿滿的關懷，非常滿意的一次青州之旅

如家酒店非常好。酒店前台待客熱情，辦理入住手續快捷，能主動認真幫助解決問題。我們年紀大，前台人員特別照顧，我們非常感激。我們住的房間面積夠大，寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔。房間內的設施齊全，較新。洗浴和衞生間乾濕分離，地面無積水。酒店位置特別好，緊靠古城東城牆的一個便門，出酒店大約走幾十米就可以從便門進入古城，實在太方便了。值得推薦！

訂的高級大床房，給的房間還是比較小，對照沒有桌椅，説是改版未更新圖片。 7點開始早餐，門口的房間7點就聽見腳步接踵咚咚聽到餐具叮噹，沒法多睡一會兒。酒店很新，10月中還有蚊子，配了驅蚊器如家這個新版本配色看起來很舒服
