The toilet is also quite old. Of course, there are other issues. I communicated with Ctrip’s official customer service, and the official customer service handled it promptly and properly. Here, we must objectively praise Ctrip, which indeed attaches great importance to customer feedback. As a long-time Ctrip customer, I will continue to support Ctrip and will introduce and promote Ctrip to my friends and colleagues. I also wish Ctrip will get better and better. AAnonymous UserWhen I got back to the room that night, I wanted to ask for two more bottles of water. The front desk said they only had two bottles a day and that if I wanted more, I had to pay for them. My husband had no choice but to go out and buy more. He was furious when he got back to the room!
It was really different from other hotels. The day before, I stayed at Ru's hotel in Weifang. I took my baby to visit my husband. After checking in, the front desk offered to bring up a few more bottles of water. They even gave my baby a small sachet!
The room was quite large, the bed was quite large, and the hot water in the bathroom was amazing—super hot! I didn't even have to boil water for my baby's milk in the morning!
But the amenities were subpar!
1. The TV was incredibly slow, causing my baby to cry when he couldn't watch TV!
2. The air purifier was useless!
3. The air conditioner was turned on as soon as I entered the room, set to 22 degrees. We checked in before 1 a.m. and were leaving at 4 a.m., and the room was still slightly chilly. The central air conditioner was useless; it only blew air! We got back around 8 a.m. or 9 a.m., and the air conditioner was turned up to 16 degrees. It didn't cool down completely until after 2 a.m.
