大堂經理給長者升級了朝陽的房間很贊👍酒店有慢充充電樁對電車非常友好，酒店的早餐也不錯。酒店離海灘非常近，馬路對面就是濕地公園，沿着棧道可以走到海灘，海濱浴場，也可以走到鴿子窩公園，來年春天再來住這裏觀鳥。

優點：位置好找，停車方便，離海邊很近。服務熱情，就餐方便。標間房間夠大床也大，配套設施齊全小冰箱很給力。
缺點：餐費稍貴，種類交少（旅遊城市可以接受），周邊購物不是很方便，有點遠。房間蚊子較多（開窗通風不可避免，打死7隻）。
總體來説，服務好，性價比挺高，一家4口（兩大兩小）很舒服。對面淺水灣走過去5分鐘很方便，沙灘質量也好（比鴿子窩還好，鴿子窩人太多了）可以抓的東西也多。走的時候忘拿螃蟹了。。。。

很滿意，還是正規酒店放心，找了個雙梓民宿便宜一百，環境服務不知差了幾條街，還恐嚇不讓退房，真是掃興，如果不是為了玩的開心非要討個公道

多次出遊首選，大概從6～7年前，無論淡季旺季都會選擇這裏，一是位置方便：離濕地公園，秦皇島野生動物園，海灘都步行即達，離鴿子窩公園也不遠。二是就餐方便，家常菜可以在酒店直接解決。最後價格合理乾淨衞生，是家庭出遊性價比之選

整體全都滿意，衹是對某個管理早餐男服務人員態度十分不滿意，男服務員原話：你要是態度好的話，早餐可以不要孩子錢。首先我們並沒有過分的語言，也確實不知情1米2以上小童需要另付早餐的事情，後面查詢攜程上酒單介紹後我們也把孩子早餐補交了。但我覺得酒店收不收孩子早餐錢不應該由某一個服務人員主觀評判客人的態度而決定。

實話實説；院子停車場超大，賓館氣派，房間大乾淨衞生，早餐不錯！
缺點是；偏僻外面吃飯購物不方便，離景點遠。住了兩天頭天早餐時間是7點開餐了、第二天7點去吃飯餐廳改説7.30開餐了。入住時前台告知是7點開餐，前台和餐廳不能統一説法、一天一個樣相互推諉扯皮耍弄客人？工作人員表情冷淡，好像欠他們啥是的？另外房間沒有服務員補充用品，收垃圾，連續住了兩天沒人管？真的希望改進一下！當然賓館性價比還是很好的！
