我提前六天就在網上預訂而且付了錢，結果到了入住那一天，房滿了，而且前台是知道我們預訂而且付了錢的，但還是把房賣給了別人，像我們這樣的一個有五個人 三間房，他收了三間房的錢和預訂還把房賣給了別人
