非常非常爛，前台態度非常非常不好，我們兩點鐘入住的酒店，一打開房間門，一大股尿騷味鋪面而來，我們本着多一事不如少一事的原則，把窗户打開，想着等我們回來沒有味道就算了，於是把東西放下我們就出去玩了，直到我們晚上九點鐘回來，通風七個小時之後，一進房間還是一股尿騷味，然後我們就給前台打電話，前台説她上來看一下，結果我們在走廊等了好幾分鐘（房間太臭了，待不了），前台都沒有上來，再打了一個電話催，她才拿着一瓶殺蟲劑慢悠悠的上來，來了就對着廁所噴殺蟲劑讓我們繼續住，噴殺蟲劑怎麼睡?我們就説要不然就換房，要不然就退房，我們在平台上看到明明還有三間大床房，而且比我們原來訂的要便宜20塊錢，前台卻跟我們説沒有了，衹能換雙床房，我們兩個人怎麼可能住雙床房，前台就説她要下去問問，等了半天給房間座機打電話，態度非常不好，明明是酒店問題還要我們補超時費，態度非常惡劣，我們衹能找攜程官方給我們處理，然後酒店仍然不同意退房，攜程説補償我們50塊錢，但是這樣子我們依然虧了，酒店什麼損失都沒有，最後衹能選擇換房，換到雙床房還要我們再補10塊錢，真的是讓人生氣，酒店前台態度非常非常非常不好，非常爛，大家看評論的時候注意看一下差評商家的評論就知道有多不好了🤮
