The room was clean and tidy, and the towels were individually wrapped and very clean. The slippers were also spotless. Overall, it's great value for money, and the service was excellent. The location is super easy to find, right next to the old street with lots of food options nearby.

We had booked a room with a washing machine and western style toilet, and we had asked for access for our bicycles (we are touring cyclists). When we arrived, staff or guests had parked mopeds right in the doorway of the apartments which would make it difficult even for people with a large suitcase to access the building - we had to carry our bicycles over our heads to bring them in! Then we were given a room with no washing machine, then we were given a room with a washing machine but a squat toilet, when we finally got the room we booked, when we moved our luggage in a giant cockroach ran under the bed. Then when we used the washing machine, it was dirty inside and the filter was blocked: it covered all our clothes in bits of tissue paper and then flooded the bathroom floor with a disgusting brown water. The room smelled mouldy and had no natural light. There are probably much better places to stay in Qinzhou for the same price.

Except for the lack of an elevator, everything else is good and new. The rooms are all on the second floor.

Very satisfied. Clean and hygienic. Although located in the city center, it's very quiet. It's conveniently located to the night market, shopping malls, and Old Street. I'll definitely be back next time. Highly recommended.
