【壁虎🦎】【漏雨】【破頂】
走進廁所一直壁虎從馬桶爬出來，給前台打電話打不通！！打了攜程，客服聯繫了酒店，來了一個男工作人員，一邊打遊戲一邊找壁虎，沒找到就就走了，也沒有給對策。問了能不能換房間，説讓我們自己下樓問！！已經晚上十一點，大半夜的下去換房，還遇到兩個醉酒男的鬧事，前台沒有任何道歉和幫助，讓我們在樓下站了半天，換房之後還要自己搬東西。
更無語的是換到的新房間窗户關不上，那天還在下雨刮風，凍死。被子都是潮濕的，廁所淋浴房房頂是破的，嚇**，毛巾也衹有一條，床頭的插座還插不進去。一兩百的房間像是五六十的水準。服務太差勁了！

這是我在瓊海入住最差的酒店，七天你畢竟是個牌子吧，但是太差了整體和小旅館沒有太大的區別了。
1、辦理入住時被告知房間電視不能看，當時有其他房型，攜程預訂平台顯示，那麼晚了也衹能將就啦。
2、房間電話是壞的不能連接前台。
3、床單已經磨損到透明瞭。床墊簡直是睡在鐵板上沒有任何舒適可言。
4、窗簾是又短又小，拉不上。
5、一晚上過過往的車流噪音不斷，一大早是樓下鋪面商家的喇叭促銷英樂。
6、空調是發出噪音一晚上陪伴。遙控器發黃黏糊糊。
7、洗手間的四周黑乎乎，洗澡的固定架子無法讓你洗個舒服澡。洗手盆熱水竟然是在右邊的。
以上説的真實有圖片。平時價格一百左右的。過節將近兩百。這樣的環境和設備值嗎。我完全可以要求攜程賠付的。貨不對版1，質量差。為了不讓後面人踩坑。我有義務説出來。也請店家核實我説的那個不屬實。再見了七天。不會再入住了。不建議大家入住。
