I spent money on smart control, but it didn't work. The cleaning staff told me to pull the power switch down and then push it back on. I tried this several times, but it didn't work again after a few minutes. There were a lot of spots on the bedding where mosquitoes were killed. I don't know if it wasn't changed or washed clean? The breakfast was also terrible, I couldn't eat it! It’s really uncomfortable!

Facilities: Ctrip said it was a new hotel in 2023, but there were large and small holes on the bathroom wall after the tiles peeled off, see the picture.
I asked Ctrip customer service to confirm the water condition for bathing in advance, and the hotel promised that there was no problem. In fact, the temperature of the bathing water did not exceed 36 degrees, and the entire bathroom accumulated more than 20mm of water after bathing. You can raise fish.
Environment: I agreed to a quiet room online in advance, but the sound of walking, water, and talking continued all night. The walls are probably made of paper.
Service: I told the customer that the room was upgraded according to Ctrip's requirements, but I forgot the room type photos, which exposed the act of deceiving customers. The online introduction said that parking is available, but in fact, customers have to find a location by themselves, and the hotel is not responsible for parking. The front desk clerk has a rude face.
Hygiene: One pair of slippers was so dirty that the original appearance could not be seen clearly.
