The front desk service made me feel right at home. It's rare to encounter such genuinely attentive and sincere service.

The service was attentive, and the ambiance was pleasant. The rooms were tastefully designed. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, including local delicacies such as rice noodle soup and the renowned Jishiteng snack. I would definitely stay here again.

My stay at this hotel during my trip to the city was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Its proximity to the city center made getting around and exploring incredibly convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

The entire hotel boasts a lovely British vintage aesthetic, full of charming details. While our room wasn't huge, it was perfectly designed and had everything we needed. They offer a laundry room, a cafe, and even provide free coffee vouchers – adding a gym or a pool would make it absolutely perfect! The location is also very convenient for getting around. However, we booked a 'Fei Fan' family suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, designed for four people, but we ran into a significant issue. Despite being a family room for four guests, it only included breakfast for two. We were informed that additional breakfasts would only be provided if we left a positive review. This felt like a cheap marketing tactic and truly soured our experience. I sincerely hope the hotel will be more genuine in the future and ensure that meal provisions truly match the room type booked.

Facilities: Excellent and comprehensive, they had everything we needed. Discounted tickets for the Tropical Fruit Window: It was a lot of fun and conveniently close to the hotel. Two freshly brewed Americanos: A lovely complimentary gift upon check-in, which was great. Chinese lunch or dinner: Delicious 😋, the hotel's food was excellent. They even delivered it to our room when we didn't feel like going out. However, the cafe downstairs is absolutely stunning and perfect for photos, so we mostly hung out there.

The room was quite satisfactory, and I really liked the decor. However, I did have a couple of minor points for improvement. Firstly, the hairdryer was quite weak, blowing more like a small fan. Secondly, the coffee voucher included with the key card was only valid if breakfast was part of the booking. This should definitely be clarified by the front desk upon check-in.

This Zhaofe Hotel stands out compared to other Zhaofe properties. The facilities are brand new, and the service is incredibly attentive! They even provided two complimentary coffees and breakfast, which was a really nice touch.

This time, we booked a two-bedroom suite. The service and overall atmosphere were quite good. However, our main complaint was the bedding. It was extremely firm and not soft enough; the slightest movement—like turning over or shifting the duvet—caused it to creak loudly, which isn't ideal for families with young children. Additionally, a little past 7 AM, we could distinctly hear people walking around and moving items in the room directly above our bedroom. We had a restless night and, just as we were finally catching some sleep in the morning, we were abruptly woken up again.
