It’s a new beautiful hotel, staff are earnest they went out of the way to help with my courier issues.
Kevin and Duncan were very helpful in addressing some of our concerns during the stay and managed to resolve / tend to our needs. We would definitely return again next time

This was the worst stay during my trip to Hainan. All I could see from my deluxe sea view room were residential buildings. The air conditioning in the house was not working well. I reported it on the first night and the maintenance staff couldn't fix it after 30 minutes. The promised room change was not resolved until 10 o'clock the next day. The housekeeper was always offline when I needed him. I decided to check out early and change hotels.
