The hotel offers many family-friendly activities; staff were readily available in the lobby to introduce them, and also engaged with children during meals in the restaurant. The room facilities were new and in perfect working order. The thermostatic shower with strong water pressure made for a very comfortable bathing experience. The hot spring area was definitely a highlight. The hot spring pools had crystal-clear water with temperatures ranging from 38 to 42 degrees Celsius. The children loved the pools so much they didn't want to leave – it's an excellent spot for a family vacation with kids. There were no signs of old, worn-out facilities, no water stains or rust. What impressed me most was the hotel's meticulous attention to maintenance. From the neatly trimmed greenery in the landscape gardens to the impeccably maintained ceilings and walls in the rooms and public areas, the entire place genuinely didn't feel like a hotel that has been operating for years. Here, you can enjoy a comfortable and relaxing vacation, and experience peace of mind thanks to the high-quality service and facilities. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates attention to detail!
