酒店位於鳳凰大道旁，周邊有廣場、醫院、超市，生活便利，交通便捷。酒店房間位於15層，需刷卡進入，提供14時前退房服務值得肯定。有地下停車場，停車方便，早餐位於18樓，品種尚可。設施設備有些陳舊，但房間乾淨整潔，服務較好！

我們經常回邛崍，大多數時候住的這家酒店，但以後我不會再住了。以前酒店的服務還可以，特別是疫情期間客人少的時候。雖然酒店已經有點舊了，我也曾經被關在其中一個電梯裏短暫的時間，但確實酒店房間寬敞，停車方便，服務也還好，我都一直住這裏。但後來人越來越多，就很不方便了，電梯等很久，很多宴席，8樓又是洗腳城，一張卡刷了所有樓層都能按，安全形同虛設，更讓人討厭的是服務員越來越傲慢了。詳細的我就不説，投訴電話打了也沒用。反正各位自己斟酌吧。

好兄弟過來玩給他訂的，位置不錯，周邊配套齊全，樓下就有超市，樓裏還有KTV，地下停車場也有，購物娛樂都方便，房間也挺大，衞生不錯，裝修很新，出行也方便，性價比挺高，下次朋友有需要也會推薦

第三次入住了，這次入住體驗比前兩次更好。硬件比之前有所完善，服務比之前更為到家，早餐也有很大改進，免費停車非常方便。下次前往還會入住的。

該酒店位置很好，出行方便，樓下週邊餐飲、商店超市集中。設施配置一般，狀態較老，品質維護還好，服務態度很好，水平待提高。
特別喜歡他家早餐的紅湯麪，還要了些他家的油潑辣子。早餐咖啡有，但屬於速溶咖啡。沒有煎雞蛋/煎蛋卷，衹有煮雞蛋。餐具衹有筷子。

每次住邛崍都住錦天，停車方便，房間大。帶兩個小孩來邛崍耍水，住這裏，不比平樂古鎮上的客棧乾淨舒服得多啊。
