不吹不黑。
優點：院落很美，出門去古鎮方便又清凈，隔音效果好，房間通風和光線都很好，衣服很快就能曬乾，一次性毛巾，很衞生。老闆服務周到，開水，卡拉OK，茶葉都有，公共場所很好，想吃早飯可以找老闆預訂登記，人均很便宜。房價價格很便宜～
缺點：房屋床鋪很乾凈，但房間打掃不是很乾凈，我們煙灰缸裏有一衹蜘蛛蜕的殼，晚上它也跑出來跟我們打招呼，這倒沒啥，它跟我們互不打擾井水不犯河水，但是窗簾和燈是不是得洗一下清一下灰塵了，實在是太臟了。
總體：性價比可以，乾淨程度待提升。
