衞生：房間及廁所內乾淨整潔，床品乾淨未發現污漬，電腦鍵盤鼠標耳機等沒有油漬。

設施：紅榜：電腦配置良好；網速很快，下載能超過600兆/秒。⚠️黑榜：沒有電梯，拎行李走樓梯很費勁；浴室沒有乾濕分離，花灑和水管沒擰緊，除了花灑出水不大，其他地方到處噴水；床邊不能關燈，比較不方便；窗台附近鐵皮包邊很尖。且房間門隔音效果不好，晚上能聽見一層二層的喊聲。
服務：紅榜：前台小姐姐很耐心，交流順暢。酒店可以寄存行李。⚠️黑榜：房間內沒有免費礦泉水；連續住房間，中午不打掃衞生，不補充一次性用品，床單被罩毛巾不換。非 常 不 方 便。店員稱“沒有提前説不能隨意進房間”，但住店及在店時候沒有告知。房嫂工作時間在店晚上不在。最後晚上我自己把垃圾拎下去，自己套垃圾袋。低於我理解的正常酒店服務的概念。

住了很多電競酒店，這家的服務人員態度都超級好，有啥問題她都幫你解決。出差來這開黑，想吃烤肉，前台推薦的地方特別好吃！衞生也是真的是很好，水温也特別舒服。電腦配置也玩遊戲很順暢，就很愉快！而且飲料超級多，想喝的都有，冰冰涼涼的喝了真是舒服！以後出差就還來這裏！
