訂房的時候沒仔細看 寫的不可取消 去店裡看了房 牆角有蜘蛛 蜘蛛網 前台大娘跟着一起看到的 要求退房 老闆不給退 衹是給換房間 服務差點意思 説是按平台規定的 最後找的 平台給退的錢 店裡不給退 慎入
