這家的前台及其不專業。中午12:10到酒店辦入住，前台告訴我房間沒打掃乾淨，不能辦入住，這我可以理解。但是你前台是不是沒長腦子，讓我拿着行李在外面轉轉，下午2:00以後再來辦入住。外面40度高温，你讓我拿着行李去外面轉轉。你但凡讓我等一下我都不會這麼生氣。你既然下午2:00以後辦入住，為什麼第二天要求我12:00必須退房。我出差這麼久，住了上百家酒店，頭一次遇到這麼沒長腦子的前台。但是不管怎麼樣，酒店還是不錯的，畢竟是新開業的酒店。

酒店性價比尚可，正常住沒問題。前台小妹很熱情，給推薦美食，提供冰箱冷藏下剛買的餐食。講下不足：進房間滿是上一個客人遺留的煙味，很濃很嗆人的那種；淋浴房密封失效，滲出的水能漫過衞生間直到房間。希望有所改進。

房間設施挺齊全的，房間也很大，層高令人深刻。就是熱水器挺好玩的，我同事還不會用，得前台上來現場教學了才學會開熱水。

房間設施還可以，連續住了幾天，第一天入住上到二樓過道一股很刺鼻的味道，但進到房間環境還行也就接受了，可到了最後一天，本來下單豪華大床房，結果商家很無語把經濟大床房充當豪華大床房給了我，房間大小差距太大，而且服務員的態度也很差，一問三不知什麼都是不知道，大晚上的水不夠喝説多要一瓶水也是説這是要加錢的，真的很無語

之前去過一次覺得還可以，第二次來了，屋裡供暖一般還沒有走廊暖和，另外齊齊哈爾的烤肉太香了，還想再來！

房間寬敞、乾淨，衞生。位置也挺好的，距離鶴城公園和夜市都很近。
酒店雖然衹有兩層樓，居然還有電梯，挺不錯的，門口有免費的停車位。
唯一不足的就是房間的床墊與床套、尺寸有點不符，老是碰腳。

環境乾淨整潔，就是距離市裡有點遠，不過在10.1時間這個價格真的很合適！！！床墊很舒服，對於暴走一天很放鬆
