There was no space in the parking lot behind. I parked in the paid parking lot at the door. The staff gave me a hotel nameplate and asked me to put it in the car. This is really thoughtful. This is really comfortable, even though I went there so late. Also told the guests staying there that the fruits will be delivered right away. There were some small mistakes this time that need to be noted. I booked a standard room, and the toiletries were missing toothbrushes and shaving supplies. I went downstairs to get them twice. Although it was midnight and the waiter had already taken a simple rest, he responded quickly and replenished them. I was very satisfied. There is always a small surprise every time I leave. This time I thought I would be given a shawl when I left the store, but this time I was given a pastry set, including butterfly cakes, egg tarts, and durian cakes. The whole car was filled with the flavor of durian, which shows that a lot of durian meat was used! recommend!

Stayed in this hotel for a few days and the overall experience was mixed. The hotel also has abundant supplies and complete facilities, making people feel comfortable. However, the restaurant's service and food quality could be improved. At breakfast, I asked if I could have boiled noodles, but was served a huge bowl of plain noodles with almost no flavor and a somewhat rough broth. When I was using the coffee machine, I found that the outlet was blocked and liquid splashed everywhere. After I reported this to the service staff, they said they were not familiar with the operation of the coffee machine and the problem was not solved in a timely manner. Moreover, the hygiene of the tableware is also worrying. I noticed stubborn stains on a few coffee mugs, and multiple mugs had similar issues. The most disappointing thing was that on the third day the problem with the coffee machine was still not resolved which affected my breakfast experience. In general, the hotel still has a lot of room for improvement in service details, especially in catering. If the catering quality and facility maintenance can be improved, I believe it will be a better choice.
