Stayed in this hotel for a few days and the overall experience was mixed.
First of all, the front desk service is very considerate, whether it is check-in or check-out, it provides very professional and meticulous help. The hotel also has abundant supplies and complete facilities, making people feel comfortable.
However, the restaurant's service and food quality could be improved. At breakfast, I asked if I could have boiled noodles, but was served a huge bowl of plain noodles with almost no flavor and a somewhat rough broth. When I was using the coffee machine, I found that the outlet was blocked and liquid splashed everywhere. After I reported this to the service staff, they said they were not familiar with the operation of the coffee machine and the problem was not solved in a timely manner. Moreover, the hygiene of the tableware is also worrying. I noticed stubborn stains on a few coffee mugs, and multiple mugs had similar issues.
The most disappointing thing was that on the third day the problem with the coffee machine was still not resolved which affected my breakfast experience.
