When I booked the room, I saw that smoking was allowed. I wanted to say that it would be fine as long as the room didn't smell of smoke after I moved in. However, when the air conditioner was turned on, the whole room was filled with the smell of smoke, which was too strong.

Facilities: The room is relatively small and the decoration is a bit old. We used a kettle to boil water at night, and the circuit breaker tripped as soon as we pressed it to start. We were later given a new kettle.
Price: The National Day premium is three times the usual price. I really didn’t expect the price in Qiqihar to be like this. This is probably the place with the lowest value for money during our trip.
Parking: Not free, location not guaranteed. Municipal parking management spaces on the sidewalk are 4 yuan/hour during the day.
