來齊齊哈爾選擇了富力萬達嘉華酒店，奔着五星級來的，選五星級一是為早餐豐富、二是為星級服務、三是為設施完備，但這次入住讓我很失望，酒店地面停車場沒地方停車，服務生讓停地下停車場，並解釋説住宿的客人停車讓前台處理一下就能免費停車，來到前台辦理入住，我説把車停地下停車場了，請幫忙處理一下，前台兩個女孩説地下停車場是收費的，我説地面沒地方停車，保安服務生讓停地下M區，説住酒店可以免費停車，兩個女孩對望了一下，跟我説給我申請一下可以免費，我就很不舒服，如果不強調一下，是不是就被騙交停車費呢。辦完入住，來到房間，我本來訂的家庭房，結果進房間一看衹有一張大床，我又下樓找前台，前台解釋説不知道我們帶的孩子多大，所以沒鋪床，又讓服務員現給鋪床。第二天自助早餐，感覺整個餐廳的服務節奏就不行，好多盤子裏都是空的，但很久都沒有看到補充食物，西瓜盤從我進餐廳的時候就見底了，我快吃完飯才送了一盤新切的，總之很失望的一次入住，以後不會選擇萬達酒店了。

入住嘉華酒店，體驗感超級棒的一次入住體驗，簡直 100 分。早餐的種類，前台的服務熱情，真是微笑式服務。泳池、用健身房在 5 樓，房間設施非常的舒適乾淨，客房服務人員也非常的的熱情，門口的停車場也非常充餘，總體無可挑剔的一次入住體驗，退房服務人員還幫拿行李，簡直太棒了。一樓大堂的雪糕也太好吃了吧，下次還會來入住。

景觀一級棒，酒店位置很好，去哪裡都不遠。早餐尤其很好，有一個收拾餐具的男服務生特別好，很有服務意識，幫忙給拿咖啡，又給搭配了牛奶，跟每個客人都打招呼，很熱情。早餐很豐富，全是好吃的，看得出酒店很用心，早上還有經理逐一確認滿意度，這個很好，比其他追着要好評的酒店強太多了。下次還會來住！

Excellent service without any delays, free upgrade to a room with bigger beds to suit personal needs (without request).
It has indoor swimming pool (not heated) and hot tubs.
Great location next to Wanda shopping center.
The bathroom is big with a blind to open and close.
The room is very spacious with a great view of street and lake (a bit).
The tub is big too.
Highly recommend to stay!

設施：很好！泳池很乾凈！就是温度很低，冬天沒有達到28，略冷。
衞生：乾淨！衞生！寵物友好，特別棒！來的很晚工作人員還給了伴手禮，很熱情了。
環境：很好！酒店寵物活動的區域有點少，不過也無所謂，酒店後面就是大大的湖邊，可以逛街。
服務：凌晨有點小插曲，出去吃個早市，開車回酒店被保安攔住了不讓停回酒店，本身很困了，想回去睡個回籠覺，保安説後面一會有婚車，但是明明住宿客户先到，也不讓我們先進去，還攔着我們在路邊等，等了很久很久也沒來婚車，很生氣打電話給前台工作人員，還好工作人員及時安排引導我們去了地下停車場，退房的時候，又有個小姐姐及時解釋了一遍，又送了很多伴手禮道歉，整的我自己還不好意思了。酒店的服務是很好的，齊齊哈爾的早市很值得一逛
