The room service responded quickly. Special thanks to the brother at the concierge department for helping to plan the local tour route and recommending a super authentic barbecue restaurant! The breakfast is rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western styles. There are not only Northeastern specialties, but also freshly made egg rolls and noodles, and the fruit is fresh. The gym is fully equipped, the swimming pool is clear, and I also experienced the SPA service. The technicians are professional and completely relaxed. Both the hardware facilities and soft services are benchmark experiences with extremely high cost performance! I will definitely choose here again when I come to Qiqihar next time, and I will recommend it to my friends around me!

This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Qiqihar, and I returned again, largely for the fantastic local barbecue. As always, it was wonderfully welcoming and comfortable. My license plate was pre-registered, allowing me to park directly in the underground garage without any hassle. The breakfast spread at the restaurant was diverse, featuring delicious Daifuku and rich, aromatic coffee. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite – a truly thoughtful gesture that made my stay even better. A staff member at the front desk was incredibly helpful; after check-in, she proactively sent a message with thoughtful tips on how to use the smart home voice activation system and even pointed out the location of the remote controls. Her service was meticulous and professional, making me feel truly at home. I would definitely choose to stay here again because of her warm and attentive service. The upgraded room featured a smart voice assistant, activated by 'Hello, Jinjiang', and they even offered convenient robot delivery services for takeaways and water. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Feihe Bridge. After dinner, we enjoyed a leisurely stroll along the lake and across the bridge, truly soaking in the relaxed, vacation-like atmosphere.

I booked a room with two double beds. The room is very spacious and bright. It is very convenient for four people to stay in one room. The bathroom is also very clean and the TV is big enough. There is a sink and a mirror on the inside and outside of the bathroom respectively, so people will not affect each other if they use it too much. In Wanda Plaza, it is also very convenient to have breakfast. There are Chinese food and KFC on the first floor of Wanda, which is highly recommended.

I stay here every time I come to Qiqihar on business. The location is very good, upstairs from Wanda, very convenient for dining and going to Qiqihar University. The starting price for taxis is a bit more expensive than usual during the summer vacation, but compared to other hotels, the price here is also reasonable. The room is spacious, the hygiene is OK, and the service is OK. If you are too picky, you have to go to a star-rated hotel, which is of a different level.

Second: I booked a big bed room. The photo is very good. It should be on the 19th floor of Block C. As a result, I arranged for the 14th floor of Block B to become a normal room with two beds. Tell me that the room is big! What twin bed do I want by myself? Why do you want that big? And I think I booked the photo of the suite. Everyone can see the photo of my reservation and the photo of his twin bed. If it weren't for the photo, how could I book it? Third: The sanitation in the room is actually OK, but when I took a bath towel to wipe my body, I found four super long hairs. I didn’t know how the cleaning aunt did the work. I mainly felt disgusting. Who knows if the bath towel has not been changed? I folded it up again, Fourth: The design of the room is very problematic. There is no reservation for a socket at the head of the two beds. Later, I saw a plug-in row with a router behind the bedside table by the window. It is inconvenient to charge the phone without a plug-in row at the head of the bed. There are so many problems. I want to tell the boss that the service has not done this. Since you want to eat this bowl of rice, you have to follow the rules and do it well. Don’t blame others for giving bad reviews. I gave four stars. It’s quite interesting.
