The beds are large, and the average hotel is 1.2 meters. , This hotel is 1.3 meters. The bath water is hot, clean and tidy. But the service attitude is average. Because the weather has changed and the weather is very cold, I asked three times if I can add a quilt if it feels cold. Then I said I would go and see it first. It was really cold before I went to the service desk, but because I was afraid of meeting customers before. The standard room is fully booked, so there can be an extra quilt cover, but this service attitude makes me feel that it is not harmonious. Maybe I was out of luck. I had guests check in at 12:30 in the evening, someone called the waiter at 1:00, and guests checked in at 2:30, and people left at 7:30 in the morning. The door closed and the voice kept talking, which caused me not to sleep well all night. Therefore, it is recommended that people with poor sleep quality consider it. Except for the general reasons of poor sound insulation and service, other facilities are still good. The new hotel is clean and tidy, affordable, and breakfast is included.

簡直大無語事件，6月20日在此平台預訂了奇台縣天意酒店，21日晚9點辦理入住，進房間後放好行李就去跟朋友吃夜宵…11點20左右準備回來休息，給門上鎖的時候發現，門框突然掉下來，馬上聯繫總枱，總枱就叫了維修師傅來，師傅來了後就（沒帶任何工具）徒手按上去，還説好了，我當他麪再一次上鎖，門框直接又掉下來，這時候師傅説鎖這個門用另一個鎖也是可以的，這個可以不用，問題是門框都掉下來了，我們還能安心睡覺麼？當時就撥打值班經理電話，經理接到電話後，説放心住，樓層都是有監控的，一樓也有保安，我就急了多少不好的事情都是在監控下發生的！她才説她去核實一下情況，（11點27分撥打）電話就一直沒回過來，（11點44分）我主動撥打回去，經理直接告訴我，這個解決不了，不滿意她們可以退房，深夜12點了讓我們退房…（現在是旅遊旺季，已經查過周邊一個房間都沒有了）態度非常傲慢，我告訴她我在全程錄音，她才跟維繫師傅一起過來，然後告訴我，其實掉下來這個門框上的鏈鎖是個裝飾品…天啊，多麼敷衍的回覆，當我們是三歲小孩，太無語了…希望平台跟有關部門看到評論後能好好核查，這不是丟大美新疆的臉麼？作為經理客户遇到問題是不是應該積極解決？甩鍋説門框就是個裝飾品？這種回覆論那個人會接受？酒店管理層平常不給員工做應急事件發生培訓嗎？以後誰還敢來新疆？實在太晚了也是怕影響到周邊入住人員休息，衹能拿凳子，衣架頂住門口，真是踏踏實實的熬了一晚…

酒店導航到點很好找，門前停車場很大，免費停車。早餐品種較多，可以滿足一般人的需求。端午節連續兩天客滿。不錯，周邊基本都是酒店，酒店4樓有火鍋。離城市廣場有1.5公里，離古城商業街有4公里。

還可以吧，出差一直住他們家，整體不錯。上次開錯發票了還重新給開了一次。樓下的火鍋味道一般就是量少了點。
