整體環境在這一邊算是好的，大廳比較大氣。房間比較乾淨。設施一般，房間隔音不好，樓上樓下隔音也不好。床比較軟。

1.本人是酒店的會員，這個酒店的前台服務差到離譜，頭一次見前台當著顧客的面無緣無故罵顧客，但凡要是為難她，也無所謂，所以對於這種***的行為作為消費者讓人無語，作為服務業，沒要求你服務什麼，但是前台不僅沒服務，就這種素質，酒店是如何挑選讓這種**工作的。希望這個酒店越來越好，也希望這個酒店用人標準能提高！
