這是棲霞目前最好的兩家酒店之一，緊靠長春湖，離棲霞兩大景點牟氏莊園和太虛宮都不遠。5年前來棲霞也住這個酒店。反正小縣城不大，出租車也便宜。酒店有出租車電話，拼車去煙台，煙台南站衹要50元，出乎意料的便宜。

設施功能齊全，周邊環境不錯，窗外無敵湖景，適合環湖遊玩，距離太虛宮也比較近，可能由於假日人多，和婚宴影響，服務及衞生情況還需要提高。
