Orange Hotel Quanzhou Fengze Plaza Tian'an North Road

I have stayed at this hotel cumulatively for 10 days in total so far and the experience has been excellent. This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Nanyi Plaza for shopping and fast food options across the road. It is also located very close to several museums and Donghu Park. Customer service is fantastic here and all staff are very polite. We made several extension requests very close to checkout due to various reasons but the front desk was more than happy to accommodate us. For deliveries of parcels and food, there is a station at the front lobby for pickup at your convenience. If the room number is specified, the staff with deliver it to the room using their quirky little delivery robots. The rooms are very clean and quite spacious, and the bathroom drains do not have any strong smells that other hotels here sometimes have. The interior design choice is also very modern and pleasant to look at. The quality of the rooms are practically identical to the hotel's official photos from experience. Overall an excellent stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Reasonable near to the old town, about 10-15rmb taxi away. Good choice if want to void the noises in tourist areas. Good neighborhood with small variety of small restaurants. 10min walking distance to a large shopping mall. Room price is very reasonable. Cleaning of room needs lots of improvement. They missed the hairs on floor. And forgot to change the tea cups for few days, even after complained to front desk. The cleaners left her assess card to our rooms for 2 consecutive days.
