They were always ready to help and proactively offered assistance, treating us like friends the whole time. It felt even warmer and more personalized than a five-star hotel. Traveling with my mom was completely stress-free; this guesthouse provided an incredible sense of security and convenience. If you're coming to Quanzhou, this is definitely the place to stay. Five-star recommendation for Quanzhou Lushih Homestay, the most delightful stay of my Quanzhou trip! The location is absolutely perfect, tucked away in a small alley off West Street. It's a two or three-minute walk directly to the East and West Pagodas of Kaiyuan Temple, and stepping out, you're surrounded by authentic local snacks. It's a rare find—peaceful amidst the hustle and bustle; closing the courtyard gate completely shields you from the street noise. Converted from a standalone Southern Fujian courtyard, the design is gentle yet refined. Lush greenery fills the small courtyard with an amazing atmosphere. The rooftop terrace is a hidden gem for photos, offering a 270-degree direct view of the twin pagodas. You can watch the sunset in the evening and capture stunning shots of the ancient city lights at night. The room was impeccably clean, the latex mattress was soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep. Smart toilet, hot water, and toiletries were all well-equipped, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring an undisturbed night's rest. The butler service was meticulous and heartwarming. Upon check-in, we received a hand-drawn guide to the ancient city's hidden gems, along with recommendations for local secret eateries, and any requests were met with super-fast responses. The common areas are elegantly decorated, with a tea corner, a small intangible cultural heritage exhibition hall, and you can even experience writing wax-sealed letters to your future self—thoughtful details are everywhere. It's a godsend for self-driving tourists, as it comes with an underground parking lot, directly solving the parking problem in the old city. Breakfast features local old-brand mianxian hu (vermicelli paste) with vinegar-marinated pork, and traditional pastries are complimentary for afternoon tea. The value for money is exceptional, suitable for couples, girlfriends, and families alike. I will definitely stay at Lushih again on my next visit to Quanzhou!

This hotel offers excellent service; the staff are all very warm and welcoming. The drinks, ice cream, and game console at the front desk were a must-have for the kids whenever we left or returned. The roasted sweet potatoes were also delicious – please prepare more! The room was very clean, with great attention to detail. The price increase during the Chinese New Year wasn't too outrageous, which was acceptable. Although the breakfast selection was limited, the ingredients were good, and I especially appreciated the separate sections for raw and cooked food. Quanzhou isn't large; a taxi ride to attractions near West Street usually takes less than 20 minutes. The accommodation was very quiet, which was a big plus.

This time, our family of four traveled from Hong Kong to Quanzhou and chose to stay at the Crowne Plaza Quanzhou Riverside. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience. The hotel environment is new and clean, with a grand design and high-quality materials. The lobby and public spaces feature elegant marble, giving a premium and comfortable feel. I'd especially like to commend Jay at the front desk. His service was highly professional, and check-in was incredibly efficient. He maintained a smile throughout and accurately understood our needs. As we were traveling with family, he proactively upgraded us to a high-floor room on the 31st floor, offering panoramic views of Quanzhou, which delighted the children. The room itself was spacious and tidy, not feeling at all cramped for four people. The bedding was comfortable, and the amenities were complete. It's also worth mentioning that the housekeeping aunties were very polite, always greeting us, showing great attention to detail and making us feel right at home. Overall, both the facilities and service were of a very high standard, making for a truly pleasant stay. If we visit Quanzhou again in the future, we will definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to friends.

This hotel is simply perfect! The room was huge, and the cleaning staff tidied up every day. Every evening, they'd bring sweet soups like tremella or red bean, along with fruit, right to our room. The restaurant on the 22nd floor was also great; we could leisurely enjoy breakfast there before heading out. There's a gym and a pool on the 6th floor. Speaking of which, I almost gave a bad review. When I chose this hotel, it was specifically because of their swimming pool. However, when I got there, I found out that during the Chinese New Year period, the pool hours were only from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM. This is exactly when we were out and about! How could anyone use the pool then? I was so annoyed. But, considering their excellent service, I let it go and still gave a full five stars. I also want to give a special shout-out to ”Huihui” at the front desk. We accidentally left something in the hotel fridge and only realized it after we'd checked out. Huihui very enthusiastically helped us find it and even mailed it to us. We're so grateful! All in all, this is a hotel with complete facilities, thoughtful service, and a warm, lovely atmosphere. It's the kind of cozy place that made us look forward to coming back to rest every day after a tiring day of sightseeing.

Some room types even feature oversized floor-to-ceiling windows, offering expansive views of West Lake – truly a sight to behold. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, making check-in a breeze, and the intelligent robot delivery service is a convenient touch. The hotel's quiet environment makes it ideal for families or business travelers, and its high value for money makes it a fantastic choice for visiting Quanzhou.

Time flies when you're having fun, and my trip to this thousand-year-old Quanzhou city has come to an end. What I'll remember most is choosing 2208 Inn, which boasts a fantastic location on the busiest street in Quanzhou's city center. The West Gate of the famous Kaiyuan Temple is just across the road from the inn. From my room at the inn, I could open the window and gaze at the beautiful night silhouette of Quanxi Hall on West Street. I could also hear the bustling crowds of West Street from outside my window. Day or night, the ancient city's streets are lined with a dazzling array of local snacks and delicacies – think Mianxian paste, Ginger Duck, Fujianese crispy pork, with famous eateries right next door. If you want a taste, just head downstairs; they're just a few steps away. Xunpu flower-wearing shops are also everywhere. If you want to try wearing the flowers, just go downstairs, and you can instantly transform into a beautiful flower-wearing girl. What brought me the most joy was the genuine conversations I had with the inn staff every time I returned. The front desk's handsome and dedicated customer service representative, the proprietress's beautiful smile, and the cleaning auntie's meticulousness and hard work all exemplify the inn's warm and thoughtful hospitality. Thank you all for giving me such wonderful memories of the ancient city. It makes me recall: in this thousand-year-old city, in this little alley corner, I unexpectedly encountered your vibrant, almost divine, warmth and vitality. It makes me miss the moment the pigeons flew past the Twin Pagodas of Kaiyuan Temple in the morning, the fragrant misty aroma of Tieguanyin tea in an old teahouse in the afternoon, and the golden glow of the sunset over Jinjiang River. Encounters are always brief! I've already made a promise with you – if I ever come to Quanzhou again, I will undoubtedly choose 2208 Inn without hesitation. As the year draws to a close and a new one begins, I wish the inn even greater prosperity and a booming year ahead!

The location is excellent, both quiet and convenient. It only takes about 15 minutes by taxi to get to any attractions or restaurants. The room design is well-thought-out and the size is just right. Downstairs, there's a supermarket and various eateries. Plus, a few minutes' walk away, there's a well-established noodle paste and dessert shop that offers bigger portions and better taste than those found near tourist spots.

This hostel is absolutely fantastic! Not only does it have a great vibe, excellent facilities, and top-notch service, but you can also pet cats and dogs and enjoy hot meals. It's super close to all the main attractions, and it's even located in a cool creative park that's fun to explore. Seriously, just come! It's perfect for finding travel buddies, chatting with new friends, eating and drinking, watching movies, playing pool – everything is relaxed and easygoing!

I went to Quanzhou with my friends and booked a three-bedroom homestay. The location is good, the room is big and very quiet. The bathroom is not very good, a little small, and it is inconvenient for two people to use it at the same time, one to take a shower and the other to blow dry their hair. After all, it is a bit inconvenient to have the toilet sink and the shower together for three rooms. Overall it is not bad, I recommend it.
