The villas they have was really affordable and neat. If you’d rather cook than to eat outside this hotel is for you. Especially if you’d like to travel with a big group.

The property will use non refundable policy to refuse refund. Booked this property on trip.com for stay 8 July 2022. After making non refundable payment, receive notice that there is no heat pump even though we booked our stay during the winter period. We called the hotel to request for free cancellation. Nobody picks up the phone so dont expect any form of service from the hotel. After many failed attempts to contact the hotel, manage to get in touch with hotel manager daniel and amy who was very rude. We do not dare to stay at the hotel anymore because the hotel manager told us to try and cancel our booking if we could. Trip.com got involved and tried to negotiate for free cancellation but the hotel managers refused. Overall, hotel facilities does not even meet the minimum for budget standards, service is close to non existent. DO NOT MAKE A BOOKING HERE

As I checked in, they were showing off that our room isn’t clean yet. It was around an hour until the room was clean and as I walked in, I smelt such a stinging scent and could feel dust everywhere. The air conditioner wasn’t working. My kids shared a bedroom of a triple bunk which had insects on it and was insanely hard to get on, I’m not satisfied with the service at all. Not recommended.

Stayed for one night. Single mother with two kids. Room was clean and comfortable. Beds and shower great. Had trouble connecting to wifi resulting in a tantrum. Parking was narrow but ok. Pool was fantastic. Kids loved playground with trampoline. Would stay again.

Fairly basic but clean and comfortable the pool area is beautiful. BBQ\Camp kitchen was lovely and clean. Easy booking and check in and check out.

We had a wonderful stay at Crestview. It was comfortable, clean, beds were very comfortable and all our needs were met by this wonderful place. It is close to the airport and shopping facilities. We would definitely stay here again if we were ever in Canberra again.

Family Villa offered to us was in very bad condition. Lounge and dinning chairs have spill marks all over with few spiders waiting… Rooms were very small in size and shower was so small that it was struggle to pickup the dropped soap bar. No conditioner and shampoo was provided. Bedsheets had hairs on them. Sorry to say but I would not recommend anyone this accomodation…

The property was quiet. The beds were comfortable. I found the bedside tables hadn't been wiped down.
