Courtyard Quebec City Reviews

I stayed in this hotel for three days. It was clean and quiet! The parking lot is convenient and safe. It is suggested that some female receptionists at the front desk need to strengthen business training. When checking in, they asked to arrange a quiet room. Although she agreed, she arranged it in the ice machine diagonally opposite the door. The machine was noisy. I went to the front desk and changed a gentleman to a quiet room. 在这个酒店住了三天，干净、安静！停车场方便安全。建议前台个别女接待人员需要加强业务培训，入住时请求安排一个安静的房间，她虽然答应了却安排在制冰机斜对门机器噪音较大。又去前台换了一位先生给调换了安静的房间。

My major complaint is one that is. common with many hotels. That is the concept of not offering housekeeping services unless you are staying 3 nights. I paid 260CAD per night. IMO, getting fresh towels and the garbage emptied should be part of the service. Queuing at the front desk to ask for towels is frustrating. Nice staff and we'll appointed room. The location is in an industrial park. Restos close by but anything of interest requires transportation. It wasn't an awful stay but I don't feel the value for money spent would entice me to return.

This is the first time I've heard of a hotel that only cleans every two days. They didn't even change towels or bath towels. After I complained to Ctrip, they only came to clean the place (they collected the trash and left...they only changed the sheets reluctantly at my request, and the bathroom remained uncleaned). I stayed three days straight, and the trash I dropped on the floor on the first day was still there when I checked out.

A very clean and modern hotel, very comfortable.

Water and toothbrushes are a room charge (please bring them in advance). The bathroom was not properly prepared. The drain was clogged, so I unclogged it myself, the rinse aid and body wash were not refilled, and the bathtub faucet was so stiff that it did not turn, so it took me 10 minutes to force it to loosen it. Other than that the location is good.

The room is not big. The hotel is quite new, but there are no slippers and toiletries. I forgot to bring a toothbrush. They are sold on the first floor for $4 including tax. There are not many places to eat around. I arrived late and only had pizza. The taste was okay. To be honest, the old town of Quebec is still very beautiful.

It’s about a 15-minute drive from Quebec City. The hotel facilities are good, but they don't clean the room.

離老城着實有點遠了，附近沒車可能不是很方便，我們是有車這裏又能免費停車選的這裏！被子有點薄，不知道再冷的話夠不夠用！
