Had a budget-friendly stay at this hotel, situated about 15 minutes away from Old Quebec by car. The room was modest in size, and the overall condition was okay. Despite not being very close to the main attractions, the low price point and complimentary breakfast make it a reasonable choice for those looking for an affordable and light stay.

I loved staying in the Hotel du Nord, that was very pleasant and comfortable. 24-hour coffee/hot chocolate, breakfast, bed, room temperature, and fresh air. Everything was good quality, clean, fresh, and comfortable

The toilet is very small and the room is not spacious overall. The location is quite convenient to go to Old Quebec City and the VIA rail station. The staff were very nice and our stay was very enjoyable.

The hotel has a separate parking lot, which is very worry-free for self-driving. The room provides a small refrigerator, which is very considerate. Because it is winter, it is not very convenient to use. The room is quite clean, but there are hairs on the bed, which is very uncomfortable. Fortunately, I have the habit of bringing my own three-piece suitcase. However, the bathroom may have aging facilities and some odors. The breakfast is very good, and the service has been adding insufficient bread, yogurt, cheese, etc. The hotel does not have an elevator, which will be a bit unfriendly if you have large or multiple luggage. The location of the hotel is a bit remote. Although it is very close to the city center, it is a bit inconvenient if you are not traveling by car, and the city cannot use credit cards to swipe the bus and must purchase it separately. Because parking in the central area is very inconvenient, I initially considered taking the bus, but I was persuaded to give up. I asked the front desk and was told that there is a parking spot in the central area. If I remember correctly, it is about 120.

Traveling alone, this is probably the most cost-effective hotel I stayed in Quebec. The location is actually at the foot of the mountain, and the surrounding environment is hard to comment on, but the facilities are very good (for its price). The breakfast is not starving (it is recommended to sleep in and not eat) (There is a 1.5km long double-sided cemetery nearby, which is very suitable for walking and reading when the sun is good)
