Stay was quite good , rooms were smaller than expected for a family room however it did the job. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant nearby was very good.

Not far from Edinburgh city center, this place is highly recommended if you're driving. You can also visit the Forth Bridge and enjoy a meal at one of the seaside restaurants.

The room is 10/10, we booked this because it is near the airport, but if you are still going to the centre is so faraway around 40-50 mins and bus usually don’t stop on the bus stop near the hotel, do yourself a favor and book a different hotel near haymarket or princess street, because it is very easy to go city centre and even airport via tram.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Super convenient with McDonald’s and M&S right next door, and a bus stop just 3–5 minutes away. Great place to stay if you want to be away from the city but still have easy access to the city centre by taking the bus.

I liked everything. Great value for money. It's a smart choice if you're driving a rental car from the airport and want to avoid going into Edinburgh. It reminds me of US hotels with a McDonald's nearby and a local restaurant. Clean, good shower, and very quiet. Perfect for one night given the price. We were treated very well at reception, even though we arrived around 2 AM.

The staff were grumpy and spoke badly. We stayed for 3 nights and asked to clean the room but they didn't do it. They only changed the towels and brought extra coffee. That's terrible. I won't go again and I won't recommend anyone else to go along.
