Convenient location. Comfortable. Def not luxurious. Pro’s - Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, comfy beds and clean modern bathrooms. Bins emptied daily. Good heating. Walking distance to town Centre. Cons - limited windows or views. Quite claustrophobic at times. Hot water pressure significantly reduces in showers to drips when another person has shower or turns a tap on. Problematic with a large family needing hot showers. Toilet seat was wonky or off alignment. Grotty old soft lounge couch. Budget furniture lets this house down. Overall a tad pricey for what it actually is. Pics look better than the real existence though it’s ok, so still worthy if you’re ok with the cons.

Location is great,have stayed here 3 times now.Units could do wig a little spruce up inside as they are just starting to show signs of general wear and tear, but still very spacious and laid out

Great apartment, great location
The location was great! Only a short stroll into town.
Check in was super easy.
We really enjoyed our stay, only negative bits were that the apartment needs a deep clean, and the mattresses were not comfortable.

Really large house, plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. 10 min walk to the waterfront and 2 small supermarkets close by. Also easy access to skylift. Accommodation was clean and was easy to communicate with.

It was a great place to stay. Really lovely and easy and accessible. The apartment is split into an upper room with two rooms in the basement. This was perfect for our family as we and the kids slept downstairs while my mom slept upstairs so as not to get woken up in the middle of the night.
The only drawback was the portacot we initially received was broken, and Kal (host) didn't know if we could get another one until the following day. This was then fixed because there were two brand new ones in storage across the way. Other than that little hiccough, it was awesome! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location, easily walkable to downtown Queenstown. Easy communication and check in. Two bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs, all with their own bathroom - great unit for family with children or friends traveling together.
