The room was lovely, spacious and had a big balcony overlooking the lake which was very beautiful and also kitchen with kitchenware, washing anf dryer machines in room.

Overall it's OK, but definitely not worth the money. Although there is a shuttle bus, it's really far from the city, and there's nothing around. You can only order one bottle of milk! ! And the Maori front desk didn't even introduce milk at the beginning. The service was pretty average. The balcony of the lake view room was only half, which felt a bit too much marketing.

The hotel service staff is very good, especially the Japanese female staff member who is very nice. She changed the room we booked to the one in the picture. We can cook, parking is convenient, and the scenery is unbeatable. I will stay here again next time!
