The hotel knew clearly that the room had serious flaws, so it had to admit defeat when it made the decision! Negotiations run from 9am to 4pm! In the end, Ctrip paid 1,000 yuan in compensation, and we spent 3,000 yuan to rebook the room! Traveling is physically draining, and not getting enough rest is really harmful to your health. Families should choose carefully!

Positive: the staff is nice and friendly; and there is a laundry facility with coin operated washers and dryers for customers. That was great. Not so good: there is no air conditioning in our apartment, one room got very hot and we had to use a small fan to cool it down. That did not work well. Also, the carpet in the living room needs to be replaced.
