En general estoy satisfecho considerando la relación precio-calidad-servicios. En esta ocasión debo de comentar que el servicio no fue bueno, ya que en uno de los días no hicieron la habitación, ni tendido camas, limpieza ni cambio toallas.

They hard mattresses and pillows are incomfortable to rest on, they facilites, in general, require maintenance.

There was not warm water for the shower. Some light bulbs were defective. The remote control had to be replaced four times.

I am torn regarding the review that I want to give to this hotel.
First it looks like an abandoned hotel from a video game or a movie. Which is scary but at the same time thrilling.
It's a very safe place to be honest and the staff were nice. Its is cheap but not crappy, just old.
I was a little scared just because it looks abandoned however once that I was over my prejudices it was a nice stay.
The room was very spacious, quiet and clean. They told me at reception that they didn’t have hot water, but I took a shower and the water was hot.
I definitely would stay there again and would take some creepy pictures in the process.
If you have a twisted sense of humor like I do, you would love it.

UN FRAUDE LO QUE VES EN FOTOS A LO QUÉ REALMENTE OFRECEN.
Es increíble que en las 2 ocasiones en que me he hospedado en el hotel el elevador NO FUNCIONE.
Las recepcionistas requieren un curso de relaciones humanas.
Mayor aseo en general tanto dentro cómo fuera del hotel.
Deberían ser honestos en la publicidad que manejan en las plataformas al ofrecer tarifas baratas poner en qué condiciones se encuentran las instalaciones, así los clientes sabríamos a qué situación nos enfrentaremos y decidimos si nos hospedamos o no.
Deberían inyectarle presupuesto para mejorar todas las instalaciones y así lograr qué el hotel fuera uno de los mejores de la ciudad...
En fin... NUNCA VOLVERÉ A HOSPEDARME.
