Enjoyed our 2 nights stay, for my fiance's birthday. Luckily we were given, a room that the air conditioning is good. They only forgot to have the complimentary slippers inside, but when we raised that issue on their front desk. They brought it to our room, immediately. So that's a plus. Their staffs are also very accommodating, and approachable.

everything was good, except it was stated there will be windows in the room but we were advised that all rooms doesn't have windows. amenities given is just toothpaste and tooth brush. but its good as it is always clean and no cocraoch at all.

Checking in was easy when booked thru trip.com. Location was excellent, accessible, has spacious parking area, and has nearby food establishments.

We booked the room last minute. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby necessities. The room was clean enough, though there’s still room for improvement in terms of maintenance and attention to detail. Customer service was acceptable but could be warmer, as the staff didn’t seem very welcoming. The room itself was decent, but the lighting was too dim, which made the space feel less cozy and inviting. Overall, an okay stay, but improvements in cleanliness, service, and ambiance would make the experience much better.
