it happened we have some insect visitor on our room. i hope the hotel management will do a much more pest control.

It was an affordable hotel only problem is that there was no cable so the television was so useless and very poor wifi. ๐

The location was great, as it was near where I needed to be while in the Philippines. The room did not appear to be clean, and the air conditioning made weird noises until it died. They replaced the air conditioning unit, but the sound still remained. It was water dripping from the air conditioner above mine and landing on the metal casing.
The TV cable was held together by black tape that gave way mid-way through the 30-day stay. The windows are single pane glass, and every sound outside feels like it's in the room with you. The traffic whistles start at about 5-6:00 AM. Not to mention the hotel is behind a major hospital so sirens all night long. The noise was bad enough that I left there 5 nights early and went to the Hilton Manila.
I did not see any of the amenities listed on Trip.com other than a restaurant.
I will say that the staff is hard working and do the best with what they have.
I could write so much more about drainage issues in the bathroom, ants coming into the room from around the air conditioner, and just a general lack of maintenance, but it would take too long on my phone.
Needless to say, I won't be back or recommend it to anyone.

It's close to Quezon City City Hall, so it's good to use it when you work nearby. In addition, there are other convenience facilities such as nearby Mang Inasal and convenience stores, so you can use them conveniently.
