This is a very good hotel, and I offer a candid review! It's very close to the Three Confucius Temples Scenic Area, so you can walk there. No need for a guide. The Confucius Temple is a place dedicated to Confucius, so renting an audio guide is sufficient! A few words of criticism for the scenic area's tour guides—I honestly think they're unnecessary. They're overly commercialized, completely obliterating the cultural heritage! Back to the topic, the hotel itself is excellent. Small but charming, the staff are incredibly attentive. Kudos to the two gentlemen I met at breakfast—I wonder if they were supervisors? This type of hotel is a top choice for travelers. It has everything you need for local flavor, everyday comforts, and attentive service!

Zhige Hotel (Qufu Three Confucian Temples Scenic Area Branch) | The Perfect Stop for a Cultural Journey During my trip to Qufu, I stayed at Zhige Hotel (Qufu Three Confucian Temples Scenic Area Branch) and the experience was truly amazing, so I had to share it with everyone! 🏨 Excellent Location, Convenient Transportation The hotel is located within Qufu's Ming Dynasty Old City, less than a 10-minute walk from the Three Confucian Temples Scenic Area. As soon as you step off the bus, you'll be greeted by the ancient city walls and bustling streets, brimming with historical atmosphere. You can always return to the hotel to rest when you're tired, and even venture out in the evening to enjoy the night view and local cuisine—it's truly relaxing. The hotel is also conveniently located near Wuma Temple Street, Qufu's signature commercial district, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and leisure. 💁♀️ Friendly Service, Feeling at Home I arrived earlier than expected and expected a long wait, but the front desk lady was so welcoming and efficient. A few warm words instantly dispelled my travel fatigue, quickly checking me in, and she also provided a detailed introduction to the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. It was truly heartwarming! 🛏️ Comfortable environment and complete facilities The lobby is stylishly decorated, with warm lighting creating a welcoming atmosphere. The good mood from check-in continued into the room. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, making it feel like home. I slept soundly at night. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, with constant hot water and a full range of toiletries. The hotel also has a laundry room and a gym. The laundry room has a full washing and drying function, which was perfect for my laundry needs during my trip. The gym is well-equipped, making it a great place to get up early and exercise to start the day feeling refreshed. The hotel also has a large, private parking lot within the grounds, so those driving don't have to worry about parking. 🍳 A rich and delicious breakfast The next day, I enjoyed the buffet breakfast on the second floor and was truly amazed! It was a fusion of Chinese and Western cuisine, with a wide variety of dishes, including hot porridge, freshly made omelets, fragrant bread, and a variety of fresh fruits and side dishes. Everything was clean and healthy, and I was completely satisfied and full of energy for the rest of my trip. From the location to the service, the environment, and the facilities, every aspect of this Zhige Hotel was perfect for me, and the value for money was excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Qufu! Highly recommended to anyone visiting Qufu!

Arrived at ten o'clock in the evening, the boss personally greeted and arranged a parking space. After checking in, he helped put the luggage in the room. The photo was a photo of another room I took before I left. The room was smart and the projector was very clear. Members can watch many of the latest movies. The decoration in front of the Confucius Temple is so luxurious. Very good, I will stay at the Confucian Temple Manxin Mansion in the future, thank you.

AAnonymous UserOur two-night stay. All the staff provided warm and attentive service. Tiffany and Evelyn handled our check-in, asking about our needs and communicating promptly when issues arose, which was excellent. Daisy from Juyuan Restaurant explained the menu items with a cheerful smile; the appetizers were delicious, especially the bamboo shoots and the soybeans. The breakfast quality was quite good, and they even offered free children's entertainment. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The general cleanliness of the property was acceptable, but there's room for improvement in the room details: the pillows were too soft, and it would be great to have a choice of both soft and firm options. The bathroom's under-mount sink had stubborn stains in the inner corner where it met the countertop. Since the mirror reflected these, it looked unappealing (I won't post photos, but they're noticeable upon inspection). The towels and bath sheets were new and clean, but they shed a lot of fine lint; it felt like I'd inhale the fibers when using them, which was quite unpleasant. Furthermore, regarding the carpet, I personally feel it should be minimized. In humid and hot conditions, carpets can harbor bacteria that simple vacuuming can't resolve effectively. Overall, it's an acceptable stay. Given that it was a busy holiday period, I think it's crucial to consider increasing the cleaning staff. The hotel hasn't undergone extensive renovation in about ten years, so regular maintenance is very important. It's perfectly fine for it to show its age, but it shouldn't look neglected or dirty. The hotel has a lot of character. A friend recommended it, and I would also recommend it to others for a visit. Oh, and the hotel is very close to the scenic area, which is extremely convenient.

GGuest UserI drove to Qufu, the hometown of Confucius, and searched for this hotel online. It was just a few hundred meters away from the Three Kongs Scenic Area. I felt very good. Although I encountered bad vendors in Qufu, the hotel's service resolved all my unhappiness. I didn't expect that there was such a good hotel in Qufu. When I just entered the hotel room, I asked the front desk clerk. How to connect to WiFi? After a few minutes, the waiter called again and asked if the WiFi was connected? Rare warm service. I wanted to go out for dinner, so I consulted the front desk clerk, who was very enthusiastic to tell me where the best restaurant was. I would like to remind guests who come to Shandong for the first time that the dishes are very large, and one person can't eat two dishes. 😂 This hotel. Good location. Parking is also convenient, just at the door of the hotel. The scenic area is also close, just a few hundred meters away on foot. When I left the hotel, the front desk clerk sent me mineral water. I would like to add that the room needs mineral water, which is unlimited. Next time I come to Qufu, I will stay in this hotel again.

GGuest UserThis B&B is surprisingly great! From the moment I checked in, I felt the enthusiasm and professionalism of the front desk, and the service attitude was particularly good. The room is spacious and bright, with all the necessary facilities. The room is clean and tidy, and the bed is very comfortable, allowing you to have a good night's sleep. The geographical location is also very good, with convenient surrounding transportation, beautiful environment and fresh air. The most noteworthy thing is that the service of the B&B is very considerate. Whether it is front desk consultation or room service, you can feel the B&B's dedication and care. I am very satisfied with this stay. I will choose this B&B next time and recommend it to my friends!

GGuest UserThe hotel was great. Very comfortable and modern. It was warm and clean. The music that plays when you take a shower is really nice. We didn’t have a window in our room but it wasn’t a problem. The room had a good air filter and it didn’t smell musty or smoking at all. The location was good in that it was close to the Confucius Temple and our stay included free tickets to see the 3 Confucious sites.

GGuest UserQufu Landscape Hotel is a hidden jewel. Its location is superb - right at the heart of the Confucius Temple area and near the show performance venue as well as the light show displays. The room is very clean and comfortable. What strikes us most are the spectacular colourful floor tiles. It feels like being in another era. The lady boss and her daughter are direct descendants of Confucius & rightly proud of their incredible heritage. This is reflected in the service they provide. We had an amazing time in Qufu & staying at this place gave us the opportunity to discover the sage in greater detail. It’s like watching history come alive!

AAnonymous UserFirst of all, it should be noted that the hotel accepts foreigners (as of October 2023). The location is very convenient for visiting the most notable attractions in Qufu (it's about 300 meters from the entrance to the Confucius Temple). There are also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. There are direct buses to/from both Qufu and Qufu East train stations. The room itself was good and the facilities were in good condition (there was even an ancient Pentium 4 in the room, for some reason). The staff was also very kind. My only issue is that the rooms are all smoking rooms, so that the smell of cigarettes is hard to avoid, but that is written on the booking page. Still, if you're sensitive to that, you may wish to find a non-smoking room elsewhere.

WWoyixiaoyaoDuring my trip to Qufu, I was fortunate to stay at Guandemen Manju B&B, a very special place to stay. It is located in the center of Qufu and has a superior location, which allows me to easily go to cultural landmarks such as Confucius Temple and Confucius Mansion to feel the historical charm of this ancient city. The design style of the homestay combines traditional and modern elements to create a quiet and elegant atmosphere. The interior decoration of the room is simple and stylish, and the beds are soft and comfortable, ensuring a good quality of sleep. Although the hotel does not provide catering services, the staff was very enthusiastic to recommend the surrounding food to me, so that while exploring local food, I can feel the hospitality of Qufu. In terms of service, the staff of the hotel are very professional and friendly, and they pay full attention to the needs of every guest. Whether it is check-in procedures or daily consultation, they have shown patience and meticulousness, which makes me feel the warmth of home. Although no catering service is provided, the convenience of the homestay has not been affected. There are many restaurants and snack bars around, which allows me to easily enjoy a variety of cuisines. This arrangement has given me more freedom to explore and try the local food culture. In short, Qufu Guandemen Manju B&B is an ideal accommodation choice, whether it is for travelers who want to experience traditional culture or tourists seeking a comfortable accommodation environment. I highly recommend this homestay

GGuest UserI'm so lucky to stay in this treasure youth hostel in Qufu! As soon as I entered the door, I was healed by the cats in the store. The soft little kittens moved freely in the public area, and from time to time they came over to rub against my trouser legs and ask for a pat, instantly dispelling the fatigue of the journey. Although the bathroom facilities are a bit simple, there is plenty of hot water and all basic needs can be met. The hostel has a great atmosphere, the common areas are decorated in a warm and artistic way, and you can sit and chat with friends from all over the world in the evening. The boss is a very down-to-earth person. He enthusiastically recommended local niche attractions and authentic food, without any tricks at all! The overall cost-effectiveness is super high. I feel the fireworks and human touch of Qufu here. I will stay here again next time I come!
